The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jangston feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Clarkeys jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
That kick from Jangston tenderised Clarkey's leg. Clarkey is trying to keep his angry face on.
Jangston keeps the fight on the outside.
Jangston throws a head kick that looked like it stung.

It looks like Clark Clarkey has been cut.
Jangston lands a nice looking body kick.
Clarkey rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jangston moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jangston fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Clarkey has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Jangston swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Clarkey fails in his attempt to clinch.
Jangston works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Jangston lands with a straight right. Clarkey didn't see that one coming.
Clarkey looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Clarkey throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jangston counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Jangston thows a body kick. Clarkey tries to catch it but that hurt him.
Jangston cracks the inside of Clarkey's front leg.
Clarkey is breathing heavily.
Clarkey fails to land with a series of punches.

Jangston lands a head kick that bluckles Clarkey and drops him to the canvas. He's still conscious but it looks like it's going to take him the full 10 seconds to get back his senses! He's up on 9 and seems to be just about OK to continue.... the referee agrees and we're back to the action with Jangston no doubt looking to push for a finish!

Oh Clarkey is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Clarkey needs to keep his hands up - Jangston had a free shot at his head there.
Clarkey walks straight into devastating uppercut and drops to the floor, clearly wobbled! Can he beat the count? 4,5,6,7... he's up! And he's down again! The ref steps in and calls an end to the fight! What a punch that was!

Jiggy Jangston really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Just Fight (Everything 7$) logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Pilchard Grir.

He's bounced up to his knees and is scrambling to get back to his feet and beat the count. He's up on 5 but still looks a bit groggy; will the referee allow it to continue??? He's taking a good look into Valuev's eyes and has decided to let it go on!
Valuev takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Valuev drops his hands momentarily and Aerts needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Valuev just on the top of the head. Valuev drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Valuev - he's done!
