Goldman is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Bang is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bang is not content to let Goldman control the position.

Goldman goes for an armbar here - this could be all over! But no, Bang has escaped beautifully and is now on top in side control! Oh, that's unlucky for Goldman but great work by Bang.
Bang taking a break here but Goldman is having none of it and regains half guard.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Goldman has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bang is working away from the top position though.

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Stack Shillings (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and James Proudstar (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Shillings might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to UGK - Diamonds and Wood (Chopped and Screwed). Proudstar has chosen On the Warpath as his entrance music. James Proudstar told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Proudstar is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
