Soto tries a head kick but it misses.
Soto dives in and grabs Partio's left leg, looking for a takedown. Partio pushes down on Soto's head and hops out.

Partio cracks Soto with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Partio has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Soto to stand back up!
Soto is still on wobbly legs! Can Partio finish him?
