Hill kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Alice In Chains - Rooster. Garner has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Hill swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

I was talking to Hill's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Garner is looking to control Hill's arms but Hill gets an underhook and turns him. Now Garner has his back to the cage.
Hill pushes Garner back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.

Garner is trying to drag Hill to the mat but Hill just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

The ref is looking closely - Garner is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Garner is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
