The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hiligaynon changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Jenkins looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.

Hiligaynon looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
Jenkins gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Jenkins is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hiligaynon pulls his head out easily.

Norris bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Hall's guard.

Norris postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Hall is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Norris, into his guard.

Norris has thrown up a leg looking for a triangle. Hall doesn't defend quickly enough and Norris has managed to lock this one up! Can Hall escape?! NO! He's tapping out! Damn, that was a quick submission - congrats to Norris on a fantastic submission victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mandazur fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Marsh.
Marsh throws out a loose jab but Mandazur uses good head movement to avoid it.
Marsh throws a front kick aimed at Mandazur's knee but Mandazur avoids it well.
A slow jab from Marsh misses its intended target.

Marsh wants to clinch up but Mandazur keeps it at a distance.

Mandazur has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Marsh is landing a low percentage of strikes.

Mandazur has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Marsh finds it's way round the side to connect with Mandazur's head.

Marsh catches Mandazur with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Mandazur takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Mandazur throws a push kick but Marsh slaps the foot to one side.
Mandazur fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Mandazur lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

Mandazur cracks Marsh with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Mandazur throws a looping overhand right but Marsh ducks down to avoid it.

Mandazur uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Marsh.

Good exchange - Marsh coming out on top.
Good leg kick by Marsh there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Marsh throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Mandazur takes one on the button.

Marsh drops his hands momentarily and Mandazur takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Marsh is rocked!

Mandazur drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Marsh's head, knocking him out cold! Mandazur is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:06 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Karnak Mandazur! Karnak Mandazur retains his lightweight title!
A relieved looking Karnak Mandazur thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
