The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cloutier looks to land a left hand but Velasquez moved out of range nicely.
Cloutier misses with a series of wild punches.
Cloutier avoids a punch combination nicely.
Velasquez defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cloutier.
Velasquez misses with a few strikes there.
Velasquez on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Cloutier plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
Velasquez gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Velasquez dips to his left and cracks Cloutier with an uppercut!
Velasquez throws a nice looking combination but Cloutier bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Cloutier has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Vegas striking and sparring in the buildup to the fight.

Velasquez working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cloutier doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cloutier manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Cloutier drops his hands for a split second and Velasquez immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Cloutier face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Velasquez follows up with a right hand that knocks Cloutier into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!

Lock bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps White's head backwards.

White is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lock lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens White up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Lock from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw White's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.
