1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bruce Armstrong! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Armstrong dives in for a single leg takedown but Wang sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Wang tries a body shot but Armstrong blocks it.
Wang breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Wang doesn't manage to clinch there - Armstrong circles away.
Armstrong has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Wang finds it's way round the side to connect with Armstrong's head. Armstrong misses with a hook. Wang throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Armstrong lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Wang has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Wang and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. Wang darts in and clinches Armstrong up against the cage. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Armstrong has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Wang breaks the clinch.
Wang tries to close the distance and clinch up but Armstrong swats him away and circles back towards the center. Armstrong shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Wang on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Wang tries to get out of the position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Armstrong trying to control the position from guard on top but Wang is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wang keeping full guard, as Armstrong tries to pass. Wang is looking to stand back up but Armstrong counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Wang. Armstrong wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wang keeps working. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Armstrong frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Wang tries to hold on but Armstrong postures up. Armstrong is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Wang has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

Wang fending off the submission attempt from Armstrong. Well, with Armstrong on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Wang is tapping out... Can he escape the position? This has been an exciting period of action! Wang is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Wang wants to control his opponent's hands but Armstrong gets his hands free.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Walker fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Walker cracks Dobzinski with an open hand slap. Dobzinski avoids the body shot from Walker.

Walker uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dobzinski.
Dobzinski tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Dobzinski thuds a left hand into Walker's body. Dobzinski looks to score with a jab to the body but Walker is just out of range. Walker keeps the fight on the outside. Walker connects with a jab. Dobzinski misses the jab. Good standup being displayed there by Walker as he connects with a hook. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Walker misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Dobzinski counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Dobzinski fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Walker manages to avoid it. Walker swats away the attempt to clinch by Dobzinski. Walker throws a right and a left that both miss. Walker shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Dobzinski connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dobzinski throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Dobzinski tries to close the distance and clinch up but Walker swats him away and circles back towards the center. Dobzinski clinches. Walker tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. A head punch blocked on the inside by Dobzinski. Walker breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. A shot to the body from Dobzinski misses and Walker counters with a stiff right hand. Walker lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Walker looks to land a right hand but Dobzinski moved out of range. A big right from Dobzinski misses. Dobzinski looks for the body kick but Walker saw that one coming. Walker fakes a jab and then connects with a hook. Dobzinski pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Dobzinski keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Walker scores with the left hand. Dobzinski knows he should have avoided that one. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Walker takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Dobzinski throws a jab but it's blocked by Walker. Dobzinski wants to clinch up but Walker keeps it at a distance. Walker throws a lazy right hand but Dobzinski sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. A jab from Walker misses. Walker swings widly with a right hand
and Dobzinski moves into the clinch. A quick uppercut on the inside from Walker. Walker blocks a body shot from Dobzinski. Dobzinski lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Walker backwards. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Dobzinski. Walker swings wildly with an uppercut but Dobzinski uses good head movement to avoid it. Dobzinski tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Walker scores with a shoulder strike. Dobzinski lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. A right handed body shot lands from Dobzinski.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Dobzinski jabs Walker right on the nose. Walker blinks but takes it well. Dobzinski fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. A looping hook to the body misses from Walker. Dobzinski does a little dance to reset his feet. Walker's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Dobzinski connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Walker scrambles back to his feet. Walker swats away the attempt to clinch by Dobzinski. Dobzinski throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Walker misses the jab. Walker lands a really nice looking cross but Dobzinski seems unphased.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Dobzinski shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Dobzinski is rocked! Walker connects with a body shot. Dobzinski is still on wobbly legs! Can Walker finish him? Dobzinski walks straight into a right hand from Walker - that's dropped him! Walker jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Dobzinski from any more punishment! Dobzinski complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Wes Walker! Wes Walker thanked the fans post fight for their support. In defeat, Marcelo Dobzinski stepped up to the mic, saying 'I'm embarrassed. I wasn't supposed to lose this fight. I must figure out what just happened and improve to next one. Sorry.'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wangchuck throws a head kick but Jackson moves out of range.
Jackson keeps the fight on the outside. Wangchuck tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Jackson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Wangchuck tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jackson is in Wangchuck's guard. Jackson works over Wangchuck with some ground and pound from guard. Jackson wants to control from the top but Wangchuck keeps moving. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Wangchuck holds on and takes a little breather. Jackson postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Wangchuck bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jackson's guard. Jackson is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Wangchuck won't allow Jackson to sweep him here. Jackson has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Jackson pulls Wangchuck in close to his closed guard and prevents Wangchuck from doing any damage or advancing position. Wangchuck knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jackson on the ground.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Wangchuck defends it easily. Wangchuck wanted to stand there but Jackson had control of the position. Wangchuck avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Wangchuck decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Jackson, up you get! Wangchuck leaves Jackson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Jackson fails with the takedown. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Wangchuck tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Jackson paws at him with a jab and circles away. Wangchuck tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jackson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. No luck for Jackson with that takedown attempt. Tshering Wangchuck has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lee Jackson. Nice body kick from Wangchuck. Jackson shoots in and bounces Wangchuck off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Jackson tries to free his leg and advance position but Wangchuck is retaining full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Jackson sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Wangchuck's guard. Wangchuck moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Jackson trying to control but Wangchuck is working from the bottom. Jackson pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Wangchuck is keeping the position for now. Jackson passes Wangchuck's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Jackson is looking for a kimura here.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Wangchuck has managed to free his arm - good work. Jackson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Jackson perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Jackson seems to be working for a kimura but Wangchuck defends the submission attempt. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lee Jackson dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

It looks like Lee Jackson has been cut. Jackson closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. Jackson wants to control but Wangchuck is keeping him busy. Jackson throws a strike aimed at the side of Wangchuck's head but Wangchuck avoids it well. Jackson wants to lay and pray for a moment but Wangchuck keeps working. Jackson is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Wangchuck wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wangchuck tries to improve position but can't. Wangchuck is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Jackson has just dragged him back down to the mat. Jackson has knee on belly and moves into mount. Jackson has control of Wangchuck's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Wangchuck regains control of the situation pretty easily.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd hopeful of a finish here - Jackson's supporters are on their feet, screaming for him to go for the rear naked choke.

Wangchuck looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Jackson is not going to allow Wangchuck to sit and survive in this position. Jackson has his hand under the chin of his opponent looking for the choke. He's nearly got it! This one could be all over! But no, Wangchuck has freed his hand and lives to survive another… well, another couple of seconds at least!
Wangchuck is trying to get back to his feet but Jackson has full control of the position and if anything, Wangchuck has just worked his way into a worse spot.

Wangchuck defends a rear naked choke attempt by controlling one of Jackson's arms. I would not like to be Wangchuck right now.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jackson is remaining active here, looking for the choke. The more discerning members of the crowd will appreciate his efforts.

Nadir tries to work over Arai's front leg with a kick but Arai checks it. Nadir takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Arai has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Arai lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

Nadir throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Arai on the side of the head. A head kick by Arai misses and Nadir counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Arai misses with a double jab.
Abed Nadir seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Arai throws a body punch but Nadir moves out of range. Nadir tries to clinch but fails miserably and Arai counters with a flying knee. Nice. A head kick by Arai misses and Nadir counters with a shoot takedown. Arai fights it but they end up in guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Arai pulls Nadir in close to his closed guard and prevents Nadir from doing any damage or advancing position. Nadir working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Arai tries to land a sweep but no joy. Nadir trying to control the position from guard on top but Arai is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Nadir working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Arai wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Arai utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Arai manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Nadir manages to get himself to full guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Arai accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Nadir manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

That's four minutes gone in the round. Arai is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control. Arai is in all sorts of trouble here.
Arai takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Nadir trying to control but Arai is having none of it. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Arai sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nadir frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Nadir looking to ground and pound but Arai is blocking nicely. The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! Nadir lands a big shot there that rocks Arai but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.

Arai is rocked! Arai is in a tricky position but he's been working on his transitions down at Ceiba Video Games, so we'll see if he gets out of it. Arai tries to lock up and control but Nadir gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Nadir feints and then cracks Arai's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Arai down. Nadir scores with a hook to the body. Arai takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Arai tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nadir was well out of range. Poor timing from Arai. Nadir connects with an inside leg kick. A looping hook to the body misses from Arai. Nadir does a little dance to reset his feet. Abed Nadir seems to be getting the better of the standup. Nadir fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Arai has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Nadir comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Nadir gets a takedown into half guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Arai is controlling Nadir's position as best he can from this difficult position. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A chopping leg kick lands by Margera. Margera misses with a wild body shot. Good standup being displayed there by Lok as he connects with a hook. Margera takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Margera has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lok finds it's way round the side to connect with Margera's head. Lok rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Margera moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Margera tries to clinch but Lok moves out of range. Margera misses the shot to the body. Lok dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Lok drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Lok throwing strikes but missing, from side control. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Lok is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Margera has escaped the position, nice work there.
