The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gillespie fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Gillespie thows a body shot but no joy. Gillespie misses with a leg kick. Gillespie misses with a leg kick letting Mackenzie counter with a right hand. Mackenzie doesn't manage to clinch there - Gillespie circles away.
Andy Gillespie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gillespie throws a push kick but Mackenzie slaps the foot to one side. Gillespie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Gillespie swats away the attempt to clinch by Mackenzie. A head kick misses from Gillespie. Some bone on bone action there as Mackenzie checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Mackenzie tries to close the distance and clinch up but Gillespie swats him away and circles back towards the center. That was a bit too telegraphed. Star has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Ceiba Video Games in the buildup to the fight. Star throws a leg kick but McGuigan sees it coming and checks it nicely. McGuigan lets loose with a powerful body kick. Star will feel that in the morning. Star misses with a body kick. McGuigan gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
It looks like Eamonn McGuigan has been cut. Star thuds a left hand into McGuigan's body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Star scores with a jab. Star throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Star drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Star has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from McGuigan finds it's way round the side to connect with Star's head.

Keep your fist closed son. McGuigan throws a right hand that Star ducks under and follows up with a left that Star also avoids with ease. Star keeping moving, preventing McGuigan from controlling successfully. Star might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. McGuigan wants to control from the top but Star keeps moving. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. McGuigan scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Patrick Star's cut is getting worse. Star can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as McGuigan controls the pace. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Coleman connects with a solid leg kick. Coleman lands a big head kick that sends Fei Hong tumbling to the mat! Coleman takes a step backwards and waves Fei Hong back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Alan Fei Hong has been cut. This has been an exciting period of action! Coleman drops Fei Hong with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Fei Hong looks back up at him and smiles so Coleman waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Fei Hong is rocked! Coleman throws a nice inside leg kick. Coleman cracks Fei Hong's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Fei Hong slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Coleman can do further damage! This one is done, son!

Good work there from Zorrander! Grant is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Zorrander is one step ahead and moves to full mount! Grant is looking to improve his position but Zorrander isn't that keen on the idea. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Grant regains half guard.
