4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Epi Fongua! The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Sam Margolis and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fongua throws a leg kick that is checked and Severn decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Fongua's guard. Severn preventing the sweep. Fongua is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Severn defends well. Fongua has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Severn has passed into side control.
Fongua is trying to control Severn's posture but Severn avoids it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fongua looks to move to half guard but instead Severn has passed into mount! Damn! Severn gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!

That was a close round but I would say that Chris Severn will probably get the nod. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

He's obviously looking to slow Severn down. Good exchange - Fongua coming out on top. Fongua looks to land a combination but Severn avoids it well. Epi Fongua showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Chris Severn's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!

He used the cage to his advantage there. Fongua escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Fongua misses with a right hand and Severn counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. This has been an exciting period of action! Fongua trying to keep a closed guard but Severn is proving a slippery customer.
Severn won't allow Fongua to sweep him here. Fongua is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fongua is controlling Severn's posture. Fongua bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Severn's guard. Fongua wants to control from the top but Severn keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Fongua showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Severn keeping moving, preventing Fongua from controlling successfully.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Fongua is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Fongua trying to control but Severn is working from the bottom. Fongua prevents Severn from getting back to his feet. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Severn on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
And that's the end of the fight! Epi Fongua comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Fongua has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Seeping throws a lazy right hand but Webb Jr sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Seeping cracks Webb Jr with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd. A big right from Webb Jr misses. A slow jab from Seeping misses its intended target. Despite the aggression on Webb Jr's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter. Seeping takes a shot to the body in his stride.
A swing and a miss from Webb Jr. Seeping was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Good exchange - Webb Jr coming out on top. Webb Jr has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Seeping works Webb Jr's body with a nice hook. Webb Jr misses the shot to the body. Webb Jr feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Seeping's calf. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Webb Jr takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Webb Jr is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Seeping.

Webb Jr clobbers Seeping with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Webb Jr waves his right hand out in front of him, looking to distract Seeping. Oh, he's unloaded a beast of a left hand - it worked! He's dropped Seeping to the canvas! Can he finish him!?
Seeping is rocked! Webb Jr arches his back and unloads with a massive left and a right! Seeping's eyes roll back into his head, he's out cold! The ref dives in to stop the fight - wow, they were hard shots!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Velazquez thows a leg kick but Task checks it and Task counters with a leg kick. Velazquez throws a leg kick but Task sees it coming and moves out of range. Velazquez takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Task connects with a body shot. A low kick from Velazquez misses and Task counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A nice inside leg kick there by Task. That's going to slow Velazquez down. Velazquez takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Chillum is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. Barretto wants to control from the top but Chillum keeps moving. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Barretto trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Barretto working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Chillum tries to land a sweep but no joy.

That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Chillum lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. A looping hook to the body misses from Chillum. Barretto does a little dance to reset his feet. Chillum swings for the body but Barretto moves out of range.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thor checks a leg kick. Jab from Stroya. Stroya scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Thor doesn't seem bothered though. Thor dives in and grabs Stroya's left leg, looking for a takedown. Stroya pushes down on Thor's head and hops out. Thor takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Thor throws a head kick that misses. Stroya ducks under a wild hook from Thor. Thor lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. We've been told by Thor's head coaches at GTi 888 that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Thor blocks a head kick by Stroya.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Stroya with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Stroya lands a jab to Thor's midsection. Thor throws a hook to the side of Stroya's head but Stroya sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Stroya throws a leg kick that misses. Stroya scores with a nice body kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Stroya punishes Thor's body with a nice straight punch. Thor checks the leg kick. Stroya scores with a kick to the midsection. Thor is breathing heavily. Stroya moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Stroya ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Thor moves away. Stroya throws a sloppy head kick and Thor moves out of range easily. Stroya paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
It looks like Atli Thor has been cut. Thor closes this distance looking for a takedown but Stroya circles away. A shot to the liver by Stroya. Beautiful body shot. Thor on the wrong end of a nice jab. Stroya drives through with a takedown into Thor's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Stroya wants to control from the top but Thor keeps moving. Stroya content to stall in guard here. Stroya chips away with some ground and pound. Stroya trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Stroya is standing up over Thor. Thor looks to escape but Stroya dives into side control.

Stroya has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Stroya connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Thor some visible discomfort.
Stroya lands an elbow. Thor is not content to let Stroya control the position. Stroya cracks Thor with a big right hand but Thor just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Stroya landing a few strikes. Stroya is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Stroya working the body and head with strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sloppy strikes there by Stroya. You can see the frustration on Thor's face as Stroya controls the position. Stroya working the ground and pound from side control. Stroya lands a nice forearm strike. Stroya sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Thor is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Stroya scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Thor is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Stroya can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! York pushes Tyson up against the cage in a clinch. Tyson misses with an elbow over the top. York misses with a short punch on the inside. York presses Tyson against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. York misses with a short punch on the inside. Tyson swings away with an uppercut that misses.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Tyson creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Tyson is trying to force a seperation but York has the dominant position. Tyson blocking some punches.

Tyson lands a body punch. Tyson swings wildly with an uppercut but York uses good head movement to avoid it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyson putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has York in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Tyson blocking some punches.
Tyson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
York moves out of range of the strikes.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tyson takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that York has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Tyson is looking to slow York down with leg kicks. York looks to land a combination but Tyson avoids it well. York misses with a left hand and Tyson counters with a stiff right hand. York pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. York buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Tyson ducks under a wild hook from York. York throws a big shot that misses. Tyson lands with a hook. York tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. York tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. York cracks Tyson with a good jab. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tyson keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
York takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. York throws a front kick aimed at Tyson's knee but Tyson avoids it well.

It looked like Tyson wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. York throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Tyson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Tyson wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. York looks winded! Tyson lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh. Tyson throws a mid kick that lands with a slap. York drops his hands momentarily and Tyson takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Tyson drops York with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but York looks back up at him and smiles so Tyson waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
York is rocked! Tyson lands an uppercut, right on the button! York tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Rocky Tyson! Rocky Tyson retains his heavyweight title! An out of breath Rocky Tyson thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
