Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Charlie Frost (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankie Ray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Frost kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is "Indestructible" performed Disturbed. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ray uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Frost has time to react. Frost tries to bum rush Ray with a series of wild strikes but Ray uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A telegraphed right hand from Ray misses the target. Ray swings for the body but Frost moves out of range.
Ray bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Frost's head backwards. Frost rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ray moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Ray showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Frost.
Ray lands a head shot. Ray has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Frost finds it's way round the side to connect with Ray's head.
It looks like Frankie Ray has been cut. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Frost scores with a shot to the body.
Ray doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Ray looks gassed! Frost throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Ray stumbling backwards into the cage! Ray bounces back off the cage towards Frost, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Frost lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Frost celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fitts stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fitts wants it to stay on the feet. Fitts throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kane looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Lucifer Kane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Fitts connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
It looks like Lucifer Kane has been cut. Fitts scores with a sloppy right hand. Kane should have avoided that one. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nice cross by Fitts. Fitts buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Kane is breathing heavily. Kane looks up at the clock. Bad move! Fitts lands a right hand from hell, dropping Kane. Fitts pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! piredda decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. piredda is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Johnson is looking for a sweep. piredda is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. piredda stands up from half guard. Johnson tries to land a front kick but piredda steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Johnson misses with a takedown and piredda counters with a takedown into side control. piredda decides to stand back up. piredda steps back and let's Johnson get back to his feet. piredda doesn't succeed with the takedown and Johnson counters with an inside leg kick. Johnson has his takedown stuffed and piredda counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Johnson! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! piredda sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Johnson defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from piredda.
That's one minute gone in the round. piredda stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. piredda is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. piredda misses with a takedown and Johnson counters into the clinch. Nicely done. piredda tries for a takedown. No joy.
Marcus Johnson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of leandro piredda. A head punch blocked on the inside by Johnson. piredda is trying to drag Johnson to the mat but Johnson just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Johnson lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt piredda or not.

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Johnson walks away with a smile on his face. piredda gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. piredda gets the takedown into side control. piredda looks gassed! Johnson is trying to get back to half guard. Johnson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Johnson is looking to work his way out of this bad position but piredda is controlling him well. piredda is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Johnson is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Johnson is not content to let piredda control the position. piredda decides to stand up, so the ref orders Johnson to his feet.

He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. piredda looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. piredda is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. piredda with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Johnson preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. piredda works his way into full mount! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. piredda working for a submission here. He's tucked his head under his opponent's arm, looking for an arm triangle. He's hopped off into side control, looking to tighten the submission... is it going to work? He's given up a good position looking for it. Johnson looks OK. Oh, I spoke too soon, he's out! That must have been tighter than I thought! Excellent work there by piredda! Submission of the night perhaps?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pantera darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Alvarado looks like he's trying to stand up.

Pantera tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Pantera is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Alvarado has escaped the position, nice work there. Alvarado knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Pantera on the ground. Pantera taking a breather here. You can see the frustration on Alvarado's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Pantera connects with a nice short shot to Alvarado's temple.
