The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeVanzo throws a front kick aimed at Queen's knee but Queen avoids it well.
Queen replies with a solid counter kick to the body but DeVanzo blocks it well.
Queen lands with a thumping leg kick.
Queen connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed DeVanzo momentarily.

Söderlund misses with a hook. Koski ducked under it nicely.
Koski tries to counter with a takedown but Söderlund is quick to defend against it.

Koski throws a shot from downtown. Söderlund moves away and avoids it.
The fight stays on the outside here - Koski looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Söderlund pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Söderlund displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Koski throws out the jab.

Koski manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Söderlund on his heels. He'll look to pass Söderlund's guard now, I'm sure.
Söderlund lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.


Söderlund has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Koski to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Söderlund is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Koski pulls down on the head and he's put Söderlund to sleep! This one is all over!
