The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nardello takes the fight into the clinch. Nardello escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Halol throws a big shot that misses. Nardello avoids the body shot from Halol.
Nardello connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head. Halol throws a lazy right hand but Nardello sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Nardello takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
It looks like Bratt Nardello has been cut. A punch combination from Nardello misses. Nardello fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Halol manages to avoid it. Nardello moves into the clinch. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Halol moves forwards but Nardello connects with a nice, crisp jab.

Poor timing from Halol. Nardello punishes Halol's body with a nice straight punch. Halol throws a jab when Nardello was well out of range. Nardello appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. Nardello closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Halol lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Nardello backwards. A short left from Halol. Halol escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Nardello goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Nardello is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Good standup being displayed there by Nardello as he connects with a hook. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Halol pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Nice straight punches there by Nardello. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Nardello. Halol takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Nardello scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.

Nardello pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Halol takes one on the button. Nardello tries to close the distance and clinch but Halol swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Nardello feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Halols jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Nardello ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Halol takes one to the side of the head.

Nardello has knocked Halol down with a huge combo! Nardello steps away and waves a wobbly Halol back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Halol is rocked! Nardello is breathing heavily. Halol looks to land a right hand but Nardello moved out of range. Halol takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Nardello lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Halol seems to have recovered his senses. Nardello is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Halol can do to turn this around? Halol connects with a single shot there. Halol has a pretty nasty looking mouse under his right eye. Halol moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Nardello throws a nice looking combination but Halol bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Halol getting the better of the striking in that exchange. A telegraphed right hand from Halol misses the target. Nardello connects with a single shot there. Nardello clobbers Halol with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise. Halol misses with a straight right. Halol might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Halol connects with a body shot. Nardello fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Halol fails in his attempt to clinch. Halol is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Nardello ducks under a wild hook from Halol. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Nardello, as that shot connected.
Halol is still on wobbly legs! Can Nardello finish him? Bratt Nardello seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Halol misses with a body shot.
Halol seems to have recovered his senses. Halol moves to clinch but Nardello breaks away letting Nardello counter with a right hand. Nardello cracks Halol with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Halol falls to his knees and Nardello doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

Swanson postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! El Guapo covers up, he's hurt! Swanson keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Swanson and the ref steps in to end the fight! Swanson can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wang clinches. Masakazu is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. A nice glancing elbow lands by Wang. Masakazu tries for a takedown but Wang manages to get underhooks.
Wang's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Masakazu tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Wang swivels and escapes. Masakazu looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Long Wang has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Yuki Masakazu. Wang will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Helm connects with a jab. Tuomiola has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Helm finds it's way round the side to connect with Tuomiola's head.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Tuomiola has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Helm stuffs the takedown attempt from Tuomiola. Tuomiola gets slowly back to his feet. Tuomiola lands with a shot to the body. Helm ducks under a wild hook from Tuomiola. Tuomiola fails to land the takedown. James Helm has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juhani Tuomiola. Helm works Tuomiola's body with a nice hook. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Tuomiola on the wrong end of a nice hook. Helm has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Canadian Top Team in the buildup to the fight. Tuomiola tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Helm was well out of range. Poor timing from Tuomiola. Helm lands a really nice looking cross but Tuomiola seems unphased.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Helm cracks Tuomiola with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Tuomiola tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Helm pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Tuomiola is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

A decent looking cross lands there for Bullard. Anttila misses with an uppercut. Bullard throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Anttila swings widly with a right hand
and Bullard counters with a crisp one two that drops Anttila! Bullard thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Anttila to his feet! Anttila is in big trouble!
That's one minute gone in the round. Anttila moves out of range of the strikes. Anttila throws a right hand that misses
and Bullard counters with a huge left! Anttila is in big trouble! He's backing up but Bullard isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Anttila from any more damage. A dominating finish by Bullard!
