Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Dimitri Shaforostov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charly Jimenez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Shaforostov comes to the cage accompanied by Let it sleep. Jimenez has chosen Matador as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jimenez tries a head kick but it misses.
The fight stays on the outside here - Jimenez looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Charly Jimenez seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Shaforostov takes a jab right on the kisser.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Maroga takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Dong cracks Maroga with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Dong has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Maroga to stand back up!
Maroga is rocked! Maroga gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Dong counters with a left to the body. Oh Maroga is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Maroga takes a shot right to the bread basket. Maroga is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Maroga tries to keep at a distance but Dong has taken the fight into the clinch. Dong lands a big right hand that drops Maroga! The killer instinct kicks in and Dong finishes his opponent with a series of strikes from mount. A dominating finish by Dong!

Wensleydale is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! Wensleydale wants to clinch but Sloan slips to the side and Sloan counters with a huge overhand right that connects right on the temple, sending him crumpling, face first to the floor! This one is all over! What a knockout!

He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Parlow to score with a decent uppercut. Sammalkorpi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Parlow defends it nicely. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Piana throws a monster overhand right that drops Metso!
