Adams comes into a darkened arena with his song building. 'Looking For The Stone' by Dry Branch Fire Squad kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams misses with a hook
and Jangles counters with a lovely shot to the body.

It looks like JR Adams has been cut.
Jangles misses with an uppercut. Adams saw that one coming.
And Adams tries to counter it with a takedown but Jangles pushes his down on his head and steps out.

Adams has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Jangles tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Adams manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

and Adams decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Jangles's guard.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Adams crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Jangles - the referee stops the clock and Adams gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Jangles. Adams manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Jangles takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Adams walks forward, straight into a front kick from Jangles.
Jangles throws a head kick but Adams moves out of range.
Jangles lands a front kick.
Jangles slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Jangles lands with an uppercut that bounces Adams off the cage and back into range.
Adams throws a nice outside leg kick.
Adams will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Jangles dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Adams. That did some damage!

Jangles lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Adams stalling in the clinch but Jangles improves position.
Jangles looking to throw knees to the head but Adams is blocking nicely.
Adams is trying to maintain a safe position but Jangles gets an underhook and turns Adams into the cage.
Adams wants to break the clinch but can't.
Adams tries to circle away but Jangles has him pinned against the cage.
Jangles has Adams pressed against the cage, preventing Adams from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Jangles has a couple of punches blocked by Adams.
Adams prevents a body shot from Jangles.
Jangles misses with a hook from the clinch.

Jangles tries a body shot but Adams blocks it.

Jangles works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Adams steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Jangles. That one must have hurt.

Jangles rushes Adams and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Adams seems to have recovered his senses.

Jangles drops Adams onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Adams is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Jangles creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Adams's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Adams drops to his knees and Jangles pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lester Jangles!
Lester Jangles is the new middleweight champion!
Lester Jangles was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
JR Adams spoke after the fight, saying 'Ain't this terrible?!'.
