It looks like Timmy Timmy has been cut. Timmy closes the distance and clinches. A nice right hand lands inside from Cabral. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Cabral. Timmy looks winded! The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Cabral takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Timmy takes a shot to the head.
Timmy is rocked! Cabral lands a right hand. Timmy is still on wobbly legs! Can Cabral finish him? Cabral presses Timmy against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Cabral unloads with a big right hand that wobbles Timmy! He's leaning against the cage trying to keep his feet but Cabral is unloading with more strikes now! Timmy drops to his knees and the referee stops the fight for a TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:42 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Afonso Cabral! Afonso Cabral managed to slip a mention for his sponsors, Clearance sale, into his post fight interview.
