The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Oflifanov avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fernandez tries to clinch but Oflifanov moves out of range. Oflifanov tries a head kick but it misses.
An attempted straight right counter from Fernandez misses the target. Fernandez tries to clinch but Oflifanov is having none of it. Fernandez moves to clinch but Oflifanov breaks away and Oflifanov counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Fernandez! Oflifanov looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Fernandez tries to bench press Oflifanov off him but Oflifanov keeps the position. Fernandez is looking for a kimura but Oflifanov is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Fernandez to get the leverage. Oflifanov trying to control from the bottom.
Fernandez is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Oflifanov is just riding it out for now. Fernandez eventually gives up the hold. We've been hearing that Fernandez has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish. Oflifanov looks like he's trying to stand up.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm throws a body punch but Mudda moves out of range. Storm scores with a hook. Jab, jab by Storm - just one landing. Mudda doesn't manage to clinch there - Storm circles away.
Storm misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mudda.
Felix Storm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Storm blocks a leg kick. Mudda looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Mudda throws a leg kick and Storm counters with a straight that turns Mudda's legs to rubber! Storm pushes forward with more strikes and Mudda goes down, battered and bloody! That's a wrap folks!

Svensson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Troumblet walks away with a smile on his face. Svensson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Troumblet shoots in and gets a takedown into Svensson's guard. Svensson pushes a forearm under Troumblet's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Troumblet is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:32 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Sven Svensson! Sven Svensson very nearly forgot to thank Irish Collar & Elbow Nutrition and Laundry amongst all the excitement of his win but just as the interview came to a close, he screamed their name. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Thomas slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Haber tries to clinch but Thomas moves out of range. Thomas shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Haber connects with the punch. Haber tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Thomas manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Thomas. Haber moves in looking to clinch but Thomas pushes him off. Thomas fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Haber just misses with a punch to the body.
Haber looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Good standup being displayed there by Haber as he connects with a hook. Haber gets caught flat footed, as Thomas shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Thomas postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Haber is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Thomas, into his guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Haber wants to control from the top but Thomas keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haber passes into half guard. Haber is working for a kimura but Thomas is defending it quite comfortably.

Thomas keeping moving, preventing Haber from controlling successfully. Thomas can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Haber controls the pace. That was a close round but I would say that Uri Haber will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Haber throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Haber's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Thomas connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Haber scrambles back to his feet. Thomas feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Haber is trying to control the position but Thomas postures up. Haber working for a triangle but Thomas defends it easily.

He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Haber takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Haber is trying to control the action in half guard but Thomas is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Haber connects with a nice short shot to Thomas's temple. Thomas is looking for a sweep. Haber is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Haber wants to pass the guard but Thomas is defending well. Haber content to control rather than advance. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Haber lands a nice short elbow. Haber seems to be working for a kimura but Thomas defends the submission attempt. Haber is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Thomas trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Uri Haber dominated that second round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Haber with a body punch. A glancing blow. Jab by Thomas. Haber throws a head kick that misses. Haber tries to score a power double leg takedown but Thomas sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Haber somewhat. Thomas listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. JJ Thomas seems to be getting the better of the standup. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Haber throws a leg kick that is checked and Thomas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Haber swings and misses with a shot to the body and Thomas counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Thomas drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Haber tries to buck Thomas off but Thomas is having none of it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Young walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. A telegraphed right hand from Diablo misses the target. Young uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Young misses with a wild combination.
Young fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Diablo on the side of the head. Young throws a jab but it's blocked by Diablo. Diablo looks to throw the jab but Young is out of range. Diablo backing away here, and Young unleashes a leg kick that just misses. Diablo shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Young as he jumps to the side. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A jab from Diablo misses. Jab, jab by Young - just one landing. Young staying out of range there. Young looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.

It looks like Santiago Diablo has been cut. Young uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Diablo. Diablo fails with the takedown and Young connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Young swinging wildly here.
Young throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Diablo is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Young. It seemed like Young was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Diablo closes this distance looking for a takedown but Young circles away. Young only half commits to the counter leg kick. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Santiago Diablo. That's going to take a lot out of him. Diablo takes one on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Young cracks Diablo with a good jab. Diablo has his takedown stuffed letting Young counter with a right hand. Diablo is really struggling to find his range with his punches. Young's reach advantage is clearly causing him problems. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Diablo connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Diablo throws out a token jab with nothing on it. A little jabbing left from Young on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Jab by Young. Diablo doesn't succeed with the takedown and Young counters with a one-two to the body. Diablo has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Diablo there as he acknowledges the shot. Diablo misses with a right hand and Young counters with a stiff right hand.
Diablo is rocked! Diablo listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Young dips to his left and cracks Diablo with an uppercut! Oh Diablo is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
