Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rude Moogle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Russell Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Moogle kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Ocean Drive. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wallace swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wallace keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Moogle explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Moogle scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Wallace misses with a low kick. Moogle dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Wallace. That did some damage! Wallace tries to score with a low kick but Moogle moves his leg out of the way. Moogle goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. A jab from Moogle misses. Wallace connects with a body shot that sends Moogle's belly button to the back. Wallace closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Wallace takes a swing at Moogle's ribcage but misses. Moogle closes the distance and pushes Wallace back into the cage. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Moogle. Wallace is leaning against Moogle and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Moogle struggles to land a body shot inside as Wallace controls his hands.

Moogle checks a low kick from Wallace. Moogle is looking to counter punch. Wallace misses with a right hand enabling Moogle to counter with a crisp jab. Moogle looks to land a combination but Wallace avoids it well. Moogle throws a head kick that half lands.
Moogle throws a body punch but Wallace moves out of range. Moogle comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Moogle scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Wallace doesn't seem bothered though. Wallace steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Moogle. Wallace checks a leg kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallace misses with a body kick. A jab from Moogle does it's job there. Both fighters circling a little - Wallace finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Moogle tries a head kick but it misses.

Rude Moogle is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Moogle stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wallace. Moogle scores with a jab. Wallace acknowledges it with a nod of the head. A left and a right from Moogle both land. Nice combination. Wallace smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Jab, jab by Moogle - just one landing. Moogle connects with a nice looking jab.
Wallace is rocked! Moogle throws a sloppy head kick and Wallace moves out of range easily. A punch lands to the side of Wallace 's head but he takes it in his stride. Wallace is still on wobbly legs! Can Moogle finish him? Moogle swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Wallace throws the left hand but Moogle avoids the punch easily. Wallace seems to have recovered his senses. Wallace moves out of range of the body kick from Moogle.
Wallace tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nahtic listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Nahtic misses with a double jab.
Batyr drops down looking for a counter takedown but Nahtic sprawls and moves away. Nahtic misses with a wild combination.
Nahtic pushes Batyr up against the cage in a clinch. Batyr is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Nahtic can't fight it off and eventually Batyr manages to take the fight to the floor. Nahtic looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard. Nahtic trying to keep a closed guard but Batyr is proving a slippery customer.
Batyr lands a couple of elbows. Batyr throwing strikes from guard but Nahtic blocks nicely. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Batyr postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Nahtic is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. Batyr drops back, looking for a kneebar! Nahtic looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Nahtic looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Nahtic!

Batyr avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Nahtic. Nahtic tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Batyr is trying to stand back up. Batyr tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A frustrated look appears on Nahtic's face as he tries to break the clinch. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors. Batyr tries to pull guard but Nahtic won't allow it.

Nahtic defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Batyr. Nahtic appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick. Batyr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nahtic sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Batyr somewhat. Batyr is looking to clinch. Nahtic's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Nahtic duly obliges. Nahtic listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut. Jab by Nahtic.

Nahtic throws a head kick that misses. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Nahtic feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Batyrs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Nahtic has managed to clinch.

Batyr wants to take advantage of his opponent's missed offense by moving into the clinch. Batyr walks forward, straight into a front kick from Nahtic. Batyr tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nahtic swivels and escapes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Lou Nahtic dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Batyr has a takedown stuffed. The fighters circle momentarily. Nahtic darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch. Nahtic has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Batyr is landing a low percentage of strikes. Nahtic slaps away a takedown attempt from Batyr, before circling back to the center of the mat. Batyr shoots for a takedown but Nahtic saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raiymbek Batyr. That's going to take a lot out of him. Good leg kick by Nahtic there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Barbosa tries to close the distance and clinch up but Unchained swats him away and circles back towards the center. Unchained misses with an uppercut. Unchained darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Barbosa scores with a head kick. Unchained tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Barbosa wants to clinch. Barbosa jabbing away but nothing is landing. Unchained throws out a loose jab but Barbosa uses good head movement to avoid it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Unchained throws an overhand right that lands on Barbosa's shoulder, as Barbosa tries to avoid the shot.
