Harris throws a 1-2 combo that connects squarely on Kessler's jaw, knocking him onto his back! Harris dives in looking to finish as Kessler flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Harris's strikes! Harris is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Kessler's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Kessler was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.

Coach takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Coach remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Naga-Wing working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Naga-Wing is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Boone doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Naga-Wing.

Boone is looking for a sweep. Naga-Wing is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

That was a close round but I would say that Robert Boone will probably get the nod.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Boone has managed to escape just enough to sneak back to his feet but Naga-Wing is on him like a limpet, forcing Boone back against the cage.

Ren Naga-Wing seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Naga-Wing wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

A little feinted left hand from Boone on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

and Boone counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Naga-Wing shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Boone sprawls well. Boone wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Naga-Wing gets slowly back to his feet.
Naga-Wing feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Boones jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Naga-Wing is looking to chop away at Boone's legs.
Naga-Wing takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Boone connects with a body shot.
Naga-Wing misses with a body kick.
Boone throws a looping overhand right but Naga-Wing ducks down to avoid it.
Naga-Wing throws a right and a left that Boone avoids nicely.
Boone was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Boone has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Naga-Wing finds it's way round the side to connect with Boone's head.
Naga-Wing lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Boone circles away quickly and effectively.
An attempted straight right counter from Boone misses the target.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close second round but Ren Naga-Wing will probably get the nod - 10:9.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. And we move into the final round!

Naga-Wing throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Boone was covering up waiting for the punch and Naga-Wing finishes the takedown easily into guard.

Naga-Wing won't allow Boone to sweep him here.
Naga-Wing pushes down on Boone's leg and manages to get into half guard.

Naga-Wing is looking for a kimura. It's pretty deep but Boone still has the half guard so he's probably OK. Oh, Boone has exploded into a beautiful escape there and after a quick scramble, he's ended up in side control on top! Nice work!

Naga-Wing is not content to let Boone control the position.

Boone is looking to take a break and control but Naga-Wing is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Robert Boone.
I think Boone has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Summers tries to land a front kick but Silver steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.

Silver lands a left and a right that send Summers crashing to the mat, dazed. Silver thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Summers is rocked!

It looks like Nathan Summers has been cut.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Summers lands with a thumping leg kick.
Summers clobbers Silver with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Summers tries to clinch up.
Summers ducks under a wild hook from Silver.
Billy Silver seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Summers goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Summers motions for Silver to come forward. Summers throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Silver jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Summers is still on wobbly legs! Can Silver finish him?
Silver and Summers are patiently standing in front of each other looking for an opening. Silver throws a head kick. It's landed, knocking Summers into next week! Ooooh that was huge! Silver knows it - he's on the cage flexing is biceps. That's a bit weird considering he won by kick but whatever.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Billy Silver!
