Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Black Mamba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robo Pope (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Pope is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Ghost - Monstrance Clock. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Mamba shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pope manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

Pope is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Mamba has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Pope is looking to defend but Mamba has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Pope! Mamba pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Pope taps out and this one is all over!

Shintaro Nomo decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
