The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Storm throws a head kick that misses and Perez counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Storm tries to score a body lock takedown but Perez shows good agility there to stay on his feet. A quick uppercut on the inside from Perez. Perez tries to throw a body punch but Storm avoids it by throwing Perez back against the cage. Storm looking to slow down the pace here. Storm blocking some punches.
Perez tries to land a knee to the head but misses.

Storm presses Perez against the cage and delivers a mid-strength body shot. Perez misses with a hook from the clinch. Perez looking to slow down the pace here. Perez missing with knees to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Perez tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Storm's elbow. Storm breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Storm fails to land with a series of punches.

Perez has been working on his boxing with his coaches at The Factory in the buildup to the fight. Storm thuds a left hand into Perez's body. Perez drives through and clinches with Storm against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Perez turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Perez manages to end up in side control. Storm tries to get back to half guard but can't. Perez wants to lay and pray for a moment but Storm keeps working. Storm tries to improve position but can't. Storm is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Perez off and has taken his back! The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Perez is in bad spot here.

Perez tries to escape but Storm has the hooks in and won't let him break free. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Storm has the rear naked choke here! This is very bad for Perez! Can he survive? No! He's out! Storm gets to his feet and celebrates with his cornermen. He looks absolutely delighted. In the post fight interviews he takes time to thank his parents and everyone who has believed in him from the start. How sweet.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:33 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Szandor Storm! Szandor Storm bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Philosophical slips under a jab. A head kick misses from Mironov. Mironov takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Sergei Mironov has been cut. Philosophical cracks Mironov with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Mironov fails with a takedown attempt. Philosophical misses with a right hand and Mironov counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body. A head kick misses from Philosophical. Mironov uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Philosophical. Philosophical lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.

Philosophical tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Mironov appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Philosophical misses with an uppercut. Mironov saw that one coming. Philosophical cracks Mironov with an open hand slap. This has been an exciting period of action! Philosophical pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
That's one minute gone in the round. Mironov closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Philosophical did well to prevent Mironov getting side control. Philosophical is refusing to be controlled, as Mironov sits in half guard. Mironov tries to pass to full mount but Philosophical defends it. Philosophical is trying to stand up here but Mironov is controlling him well. Mironov takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Mironov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Philosophical keeps working. Mironov working Philosophical over with strikes.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Mironov passes to full mount! Philosophical wants to get back to his feet.
Mironov trying to control but he's not successful this time. BOOM! Mironov connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Mironov with a couple of short strikes. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Mironov wants to control the pace but Philosophical is squirming around nicely.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Mironov postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Philosophical badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Mironov around the waist but Mironov pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Mironov is the winner by TKO! Mironov jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:20 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sergei Mironov! During a confident post fight interview, Sergei Mironov thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Edwards throws a body punch but Soni moves out of range. Edwards looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Edwards stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Soni. Soni tries to clinch up. Soni misses with a right hand and Edwards counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Tanishk Soni has been cut. Edwards fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. We've been informed that Soni has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Soni throws a push kick but Edwards slaps the foot to one side. Soni throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Edwards tried to counter with a leg kick but Soni avoided it. Edwards throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Edwards gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Soni. Tanishk Soni seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Soni moves out of range of the body kick. Soni tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Edwards was well out of range. Poor timing from Soni. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Edwards lands with a shot to the body. Soni on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Edwards stuffs the takedown attempt from Soni. Soni gets slowly back to his feet. A big right from Soni misses. Edwards fires out a quick counter leg kick but Soni just manages to avoid it.

Edwards stuffs the takedown attempt from Soni. Soni gets slowly back to his feet. Soni goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Edwards pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Soni looking to land some kicks to the body here.

This has been an exciting period of action! Edwards keeps control of Soni as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Edwards manages to break the clinch.
Edwards moves out of range of the strikes. Soni tries to keep at a distance but Edwards has taken the fight into the clinch. Soni misses with a knee to the head. Edwards working some nice short punches in the clinch. Edwards lands a body shot in the clinch.

Soni drops down looking for an ankle pick but Edwards pulls his leg out and moves away.
Blake Edwards has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tanishk Soni. Edwards punishes Soni's body with a nice straight punch. Soni looks winded! Edwards uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Edwards scores with a nice right hand.
Soni gets a double leg takedown into Edwards's guard. Soni avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Edwards wants to stand but Soni is controlling the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Edwards has his foot on Soni's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Soni works his way back into a safe position though. Edwards throws his legs up looking for a submission but Soni uses it to pass to side control.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Edwards manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Well, if Edwards is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Edwards is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Soni is controlling him. Edwards has control of Soni's left arm, preventing Soni from doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Edwards is on top in guard.

Soni blocking the ground and pound attempt from Edwards. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Edwards connects with a nice short shot to Soni's temple.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Edwards trying to pass the guard but Soni defending well. Edwards working to pass to mount. He's got his hand pressing down on Soni's thigh. Soni counters though and makes it back to full guard. Edwards distracts Soni with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Edwards is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Soni can do to turn this around? Edwards is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Edwards with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Edwards makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.

and Drogo makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick. Djurdjevic thows a left - swing and a miss! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Rocco Falcone will probably get the nod. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Canuel has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Bateman misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Canuel swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Bateman ducks under a wild hook from Canuel. Bateman has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Canuel tests Bateman's chin there with a solid looking shot. Canuel turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick. Bateman dives in and grabs Canuel's left leg, looking for a takedown. Canuel pushes down on Bateman's head and hops out. Canuel now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

It looks like Paddy Bateman has been cut. Canuel throws a series of punches but Bateman avoids them all with ease. Bateman drops down looking for a counter takedown but Canuel sprawls and moves away. Canuel lands an overhand right. This has been an exciting period of action! Bateman takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Bateman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Canuel as he jumps to the side. Bateman throws the left hand but Canuel avoids the punch easily. Bateman misses with a takedown attempt and Canuel counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Bateman breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Canuel connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Bateman momentarily.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A combination from Reynolds does no damage. Chung with the counter takedown but Reynolds avoids it easily. Chung walks into a straight right hand from Reynolds. Chung shoots for a double leg takedown but Reynolds sprawls well. He's pushed Chung's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Reynolds lands a slapping body shot.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Elwood forces Hayes back against the cage and clinches. Hayes lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Elwood taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Elwood pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Hayes throws a nice outside leg kick. Hayes lands with a nice body kick. Hayes fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Some wild striking there from Elwood.
Hayes swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Elwood tries to bum rush Hayes with a series of wild strikes but Hayes uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Elwood tries to clinch but Hayes moves out of range. Elwood throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Hayes dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Elwood. That did some damage! Hayes fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Elwood. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Elwood pushes Hayes away with a front kick. Elwood throws a hook to the side of Hayes's head but Hayes sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Hayes digs a good body shot into Elwood's ribs. A bone on bone clash there as Hayes blocks the leg kick.
Elwood on the wrong end of a nice jab. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Elwood staying out of range there. Elwood is looking to clinch but Hayes is avoiding it.

Elwood moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hayes.
