The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paris shoots for a takedown but Lawrence saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Paris closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Lawrence quickly recovers to half guard.
Lawrence looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.

Bondarenko shoots in looking for a takedown. Garringer tries to sprawl out of it but Bondarenko keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Garringer manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Itasaki seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
