0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Matt Chiasson! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! McBane digs a good body shot into Chiasson's ribs. McBane misses with a body shot.
McBane scores with a jab. Chiasson gets a takedown into half guard. McBane wants to get back to full guard. Chiasson is thwarting McBane's attempts to control the position. Chiasson seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but McBane does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. McBane wants to control but Chiasson passes into side.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Chiasson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by McBane, who protects the arm well. Chiasson goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, McBane rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Chiasson's guard! Nice work there by McBane!

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Chiasson keeping moving, preventing McBane from controlling successfully. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Chiasson is on top in guard.
McBane preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Chiasson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Chiasson drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but McBane manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Chiasson has McBane in his guard. McBane would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Chiasson is adopting a defensive guard. McBane trying to control but Chiasson is working from the bottom. Chiasson has McBane pulled in close to control his posture. Chiasson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Chiasson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. McBane doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. McBane manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. McBane stopping the sweep attempt from Chiasson. McBane trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Chiasson seems keen to control McBane's posture. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! McBane trying to control but Chiasson is working from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Chiasson is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in McBane's half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Chiasson seems to be looking for submissions.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Chiasson wants to take a breather but McBane is having none of it. Chiasson misses with a head shot. McBane uses the momentum to regain guard. McBane keeping full guard, as Chiasson tries to pass. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Chiasson wants to control from the top but McBane keeps moving. McBane looking to control.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Chiasson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and McBane counters with a big head kick but Chiasson shrugs it off.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Donk. McBane catches Chiasson right on the button with a cross. Chiasson on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Chiasson drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Chiasson with a flurry of punches that miss. Chiasson postures up.
Chiasson is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Matt Chiasson has got the better of the ground game so far. Chiasson's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Chiasson being controlled here momentarily. McBane being controlled here, momentarily. That's four minutes gone in the round. Chiasson is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but McBane is surviving well by controlling Chiasson's body position as best he can. Chiasson goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, McBane rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Chiasson's guard! Nice work there by McBane! Chiasson keeping full guard, as McBane tries to pass. McBane won't allow Chiasson to sweep him here. Well,McBane is on his way to losing a decision here. Can he use his experience to pull something off in the closing minutes? McBane stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Chiasson swivels though and keeps the full guard. Chiasson has McBane pulled in close to control his posture.

Chiasson bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in McBane's guard. Chiasson would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Chiasson drops back looking for a leg! McBane is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and McBane manages to kick Chiasson off! Chiasson jumps back into McBane's guard. Chiasson stopping the sweep attempt from McBane.

Chiasson postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! McBane is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Chiasson, into his guard. Chiasson is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Matt Chiasson is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. McBane being controlled here momentarily. McBane has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Let's hope that Chiasson has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Adams scores with a crisp jab that stopped Eaton in his tracks. Adams explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Nicki Adams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Adams thuds his shin into the meat of Eaton's side. Eaton needs to keep his hands up - Adams had a free shot at his head there.
It looks like Tyrone Eaton has been cut. Adams cracks Eaton with a hook to the temple - Eaton is on wobbly legs here! Adams swarms him with hook after hook, landing with each one! Eaton falls to the canvas face first and the referee dives in to stop the fight! Adams wins by TKO!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gu doesn't succeed with the takedown and Michaels counters with a body kick that brings a smile to the face of both fighters. Michaels lands a big head kick that sends Gu tumbling to the mat! Michaels takes a step backwards and waves Gu back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Chi Gu has been cut. An inside leg kick lands from Michaels. Both fighters circling a little - Michaels finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Michaels keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Michaels bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick. Gu looks winded! A kick lands to the mid section there for Michaels. Both fighters circling a little - Michaels finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Michaels lands a leg kick that knocks Gu off balance momentarily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Gu takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Gu has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Michaels. Michaels scores with a leg kick.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kincaid takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Giresse dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Maurice Giresse seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Giresse smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button. Kincaid keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Giresse. Kincaid is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Giresse throws out a loose jab but Kincaid uses good head movement to avoid it. Giresse lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Giresse throws a hook to the side of Kincaid's head but Kincaid sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kincaid unleashes a big counter combination but Giresse bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Giresse ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kincaid moves away. Giresse cracks Kincaid with a right hand to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Giresse scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Giresse connects with a nice looking jab.
Kincaid is rocked! Kincaid walks into a straight right, dropping him to the canvas! Giresse swarms him and finishes the fight with a hail of punches! What a brutal finish!

Crowder swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Crowder scores with a shot to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Crowder. Okalu does a little dance to reset his feet. Okalu takes a swing at Crowder's ribcage but misses. Okalu throws an off balance right hand
and Crowder counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Okalu wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Crowder throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Okalu looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Okalu plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Crowder scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Okalu doesn't seem bothered though. Crowder missing with a left hand there. Okalu was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Okalu closes the distance and clinches. Okalu tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Okalu takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Okalu tries a knee to the head but Crowder blocks it.
