Gracie ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Gracie no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Gracie has his feet on Debble's thighs here. He's pushed Debble off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Debble screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:57 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Ramon Gracie!
Ramon Gracie is the new welterweight champion!
In his post fight interview, Ramon Gracie started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
