The bell rings for round one and we are underway! This fight brought to you by 5M nutrition - it's mmmmm tasty. Nice jab by Vader. Vader dips to his left and cracks Boggo with an uppercut!
Boggo is rocked! Crack! Vader connects with the perfect overhand right and Boggo falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Vader!

1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Punch Boxing! The judges for this bout are Micheangelo Fripello, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Anderson misses with a double jab
and Boxing counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Boxing lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Boxing throws a big shot that misses. Boxing lands a right hook to the body.
Anderson throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Boxing tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Anderson is in Boxing's guard. Anderson lands a couple of decent looking shots. Anderson trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Boxing working a defensive guard here.
Boxing might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Anderson haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Anderson might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Anderson looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Anderson landing with the ground and pound.
That's one minute gone in the round. Anderson controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Anderson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Anderson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Anderson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Anderson trying to control but Boxing is working from the bottom. Boxing looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. Boxing really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Anderson. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Boxing has control of Anderson's left arm, preventing Anderson from doing any damage. Anderson throwing strikes but missing. Boxing keeping moving, preventing Anderson from controlling successfully.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Boxing with a hook.
It looks like Hades Anderson has been cut. Anderson fails to land the takedown. Anderson shoots in and drives through. Boxing sprawls well.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Anderson decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. Anderson trying to control the pace. Anderson is looking to take a break and control but Boxing is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Anderson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Anderson is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Anderson passes the guard and advances to mount!

It looks like Punch Boxing has been cut. Boxing is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boxing is trying desperately to improve position. Anderson is going oldschool here, as he tries to force Boxing to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Boxing shrugs it off. Boxing really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Anderson controlling from the full mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hades Anderson dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Anderson gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Boxing counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Boxing throws a hook but Anderson blocks it. Anderson dives in and grabs Boxing's left leg, looking for a takedown. Boxing pushes down on Anderson's head and hops out. Boxing fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Anderson, pushing him back against the cage. Boxing lands with a light punch inside. Boxing lands with a short shot to the head. Anderson jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Boxing walks away with a smile on his face. Anderson gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hades Anderson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Anderson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Anderson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Boxing as he avoids it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Anderson looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Boxing wants to stand up but Anderson is controlling him. Anderson is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Boxing is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Anderson stays in close to Boxing's body and controls the position. Boxing seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Anderson working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Boxing working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Anderson. Anderson sitting in guard here, content to control.

Boxing tries to land a sweep but no joy. Anderson controls from within his opponent's guard. Boxing looking for a sweep. Not yet Boxing, not yet. Boxing trying to keep a closed guard but Anderson is proving a slippery customer.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Anderson controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Anderson trying to control but Boxing is working from the bottom.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Anderson shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Anderson is looking for a kimura but Boxing is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Anderson to get the leverage. Anderson is thinking about going for an arm triangle but he can't free his leg.
Boxing is trying to stand up here but Anderson is controlling him well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Anderson has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Boxing defend it? Anderson steps over the head and cranks it - Boxing is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Anderson!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ivy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Petolu is trying to defend but Ivy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Petolu tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land. Petolu wants to sweep but Ivy has passed to side control! Petolu can't do much from the bottom here. Petolu really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ivy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Petolu is trying to escape the position but Ivy is controlling the position. Ivy prevents Petolu from escaping the position. Petolu felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ivy tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Ivy is trying to get an arm triangle but Petolu is defending well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ivy looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Petolu tries to buck Ivy off but Ivy is having none of it. Petolu pushes Ivy away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Ivy gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Ivy is working to tighten his grip on Petolu's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Petolu has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Ivy is really squeezing tight and eventually Petolu passes out! Ivy breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Taylor throws a shot to the body.
Taylor lands a body shot.
Taylor goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Grasso missing with a left hand there. Taylor was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Taylor connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Grasso momentarily.
Taylor paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Grasso shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Taylor sprawls well. Taylor wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Grasso gets slowly back to his feet. Taylor jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Taylor lands a glancing blow to the side of Grasso's head. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Taylor lands a slapping body shot.
Taylor fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Grasso looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Taylor dodges the punch combination from Grasso.
That's one minute gone in the round. Grasso tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Taylor was well out of range. Poor timing from Grasso. Grasso tries to keep at a distance but Taylor has taken the fight into the clinch. Grasso goes for a takedown in the clinch but Taylor prevents it.
Taylor lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Grasso backwards. Grasso fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Bishop Taylor has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alex Grasso. Taylor gets through Grasso's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Grasso throws a knee to the head but misses.
A left hand lands to the body for Taylor.
Taylor lands with a short head shot on the inside. A quick uppercut on the inside from Taylor. Grasso wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee. Grasso wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Taylor lands an elbow inside that Grasso shrugs off. Taylor scores with a nice hook to the head. A frustrated look appears on Grasso's face as he tries to break the clinch. Grasso looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Grasso fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Taylor lands with a short shot to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Taylor lands an uppercut. Taylor comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Still in the clinch, Taylor scores with a nice short uppercut. Taylor stalls. A frustrated look appears on Grasso's face as he tries to break the clinch. A short right from Taylor. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Grasso. Grasso pushes off an throws an elbow but Taylor leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Taylor has Grasso pressed against the cage, preventing Grasso from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Taylor breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Taylor darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Donk. Taylor catches Grasso right on the button with a cross. Taylor connects with a nice looking jab.
Taylor really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Taylor throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Taylor scores with a crisp jab that stopped Grasso in his tracks. Grasso takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Grasso is rocked! Taylor uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Grasso.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Grasso gets tackled into the cage by Taylor. Taylor maintains the clinch. Grasso fails to pull guard.
Taylor lands a left hand.
Taylor lands a hook that snaps the head of Grasso backwards. Grasso can't get the takedown.
A short left from Taylor. Grasso tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Taylor smiles and moves away.
Grasso fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Taylor tries to counter with a takedown but Grasso is quick to defend against it. Grasso throws a sloppy head kick and Taylor moves out of range easily. Grasso is trying hard to land a takedown here. Taylor sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Taylor changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit. Bishop Taylor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Grasso keeps Taylor at a distance using the push kick. Grasso gets tackled into the cage by Taylor. Taylor maintains the clinch. Taylor pressing his opponent against the cage. Taylor has Grasso pressed against the cage, preventing Grasso from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Grasso's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Taylor pushes Grasso back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. A nice left hand lands by Taylor.

Taylor lands on the inside with an uppercut. Taylor dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Taylor scores with a nice hook to the head. A head punch blocked on the inside by Taylor. Taylor scores with a shoulder strike. Grasso tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Taylor's elbow. Taylor lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage. Taylor throws a hook to the body. More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Taylor lands a hook to the side of the head. Grasso is trying to force a seperation but Taylor has the dominant position. Taylor lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. A bit of stalling here from Taylor.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Taylor. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Taylor is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Taylor lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Grasso backwards. Taylor scores with an uppercut up the middle. Grasso takes an elbow to the forehead. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bishop Taylor dominated that round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Grasso misses with a body kick. The fighters circling - Grasso throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Taylor appears to be looking for a counter takedown. Grasso throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Taylor lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Grasso at a distance.
Grasso has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Grasso there as he acknowledges the shot. Bishop Taylor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A slapping body kick lands there for Grasso. A head kick misses from Grasso. Taylor with a nice cross. Grasso is still on wobbly legs! Can Taylor finish him? A jab from Taylor finds it's way through Grasso's defenses. Grasso takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Taylor cracks Grasso with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Grasso falls to his knees and Taylor doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pearson lands with a cross. Pearson throws an overhand right that lands on Minare's shoulder, as Minare tries to avoid the shot. And Minare tries to counter it with a takedown but Pearson pushes his down on his head and steps out. Pearson fails to land with a series of punches.
Minare tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Pearson manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Minare steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Pearson. Minare throws a big counter head kick but Pearson avoids it with no problem. Minare looks for a takedown but Pearson sprawls well. Pearson lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Minare's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Pearson connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Minare scrambles back to his feet. Pearson misses with a looping right. Tyson Pearson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Minare keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Pearson. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pearson misses the jab. Good shot there by Pearson. Pearson misses with an uppercut. Pearson scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Minare throws a head kick but Pearson moves out of range.
A little feinted left hand from Pearson on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pearson connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Minare gets caught by a brutal right hook which buckles his knees! Minare tries to backpedal with his spaghettilegs but Pearson is headhunting and goes for the kill. A jab and a right hook connect and Minare buckles badly as his eyes roll back. The referee steps in and saves Minare!! Minare is complaining but he was clearly out on his feet. Pearson throws his mouthpiece into the crowd. Mmmm spit-tastic.
