5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, James Cox! The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, George Francis and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Munoz misses with a leg kick and Cox counters by clinching up. Cox pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Cox uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Munoz. Munoz misses with a combination
and Cox counters with a lovely shot to the body. Cox misses the jab. A big left from Cox misses. Munoz swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Munoz throws a body kick that misses and Cox counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Munoz pushes off an throws an elbow but Cox leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage. Cox pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Munoz fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Good exchange - Munoz coming out on top. Cox takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.

Cox has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. A head kick by Munoz misses and Cox counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Munoz throws a body kick that misses. Munoz throws out a powerful jab. James Cox is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Munoz scores with a leg kick.
Cox rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Munoz moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Munoz throws a leg kick but Cox sees it coming and moves out of range. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Cox takes one to the chin there. Munoz fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Munoz throws a leg kick and Cox counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Armondo Munoz has been cut. Munoz throws a leg kick and Cox counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A telegraphed right hand from Munoz misses the target. Cox is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Munoz lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Munoz throws a body kick but he wasn't in range. Cox looks like he wants to counter punch here. Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Munoz lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. That's three minutes gone in the round. Munoz walks into a stiff left hand from Cox. Cox displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Good leg kick by Munoz there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Munoz moves out of range as Cox strikes. Munoz shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down. As Munoz backs off Cox throws a huge counter combo but Munoz manages to avoid it all. A telegraphed right hand from Cox misses the target. An attempted straight right counter from Munoz misses the target. A looping hook to the body misses from Munoz. Cox does a little dance to reset his feet. Munoz shoots in for a takedown but Cox shows good takedown defense. A nice side step and Cox releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Cox lands a nice shot to the body.

Cox blocks a leg kick. Munoz wants to clinch and Cox connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Munoz getting the better of the striking in that exchange. Cox throws a body shot but no joy. Munoz tests Cox's chin there with a solid looking shot. Cox checks a leg kick. Munoz throws a leg kick and Cox counters with a left to the body. A lazy body kick from Munoz and Cox counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but James Cox will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Armondo Munoz's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Munoz looks for the body kick but Cox saw that one coming. Munoz really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Cox ducks under a wild hook from Munoz. Cox swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. We are yet to see a takedown attempt from Cox in the fight. On paper you would think he is the more dominant ground fighter so let's see if these unusual tactics pay off. Cox keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Cox displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Munoz. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Munoz throws a head kick that misses. Munoz with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Munoz fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Cox has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Both fighters circling a little - Munoz finishes the exchange with a kick to the body.

Cox looks to land a combination but Munoz avoids it well. Munoz ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Cox misses with a combination
and Munoz counters with a series of strikes. Cox will be more careful next time no doubt. Cox throws a shot to the body.

Munoz feints and then cracks Cox's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Cox down. Munoz is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. and Munoz counters with a nice uppercut. Munoz takes a swing at Cox's ribcage but misses. Cox blocks a leg kick. Munoz buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Cox's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Cox loads up on a big right hand but Munoz slips the punch.

Munoz will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Munoz pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Munoz misses with a low kick.

Armondo Munoz's cut is getting worse. Munoz lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.

A low kick from Munoz misses and Cox counters with a shoot takedown. Munoz fights it but they end up in guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Munoz is trying to control the position but Cox postures up. Munoz tries to land a sweep but no joy. Cox tries to free his leg and advance position but Munoz is retaining full guard. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cox drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Munoz dives on top into guard.
Cox has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Munoz can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Munoz works over Cox with some ground and pound from guard. Cox looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Munoz has picked Cox up and slammed him! Cox can't keep hold of the triangle and Munoz manages to pass to side control! It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Munoz here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Munoz thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Cox is moving his hips around well on the bottom and has managed to get back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Armondo Munoz showed his dominance in that final round. I think Munoz has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

It seemed like Lightbeer was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Jones feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Lightbeers jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. 10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Konstantin Saraste! The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Cecil Peabody and Wesley Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Butcher stuns Saraste with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range. Saraste has his takedown stuffed and Butcher counters with a lovely straight right hand! Butcher blocks a low kick nicely. Butcher throwing a counter right hand but Saraste manages to avoid it. Butcher has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Westside Martial Arts in the buildup to the fight. Saraste throws a combination that misses and Butcher connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
It looks like Konstantin Saraste has been cut. Saraste fails with the takedown and Saraste takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. A slow jab from Saraste misses its intended target. Saraste fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Butcher to the ground. Saraste is now in Butcher's guard. Butcher will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Butcher wants to sweep here but Saraste controlling him for the moment. Butcher utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Saraste trying to control but Butcher is working from the bottom. Saraste with a nice head shot there. Saraste tries to bum rush Butcher with a series of wild strikes but Butcher uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Saraste loads up on a big right hand but Butcher slips the punch. Butcher is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Saraste misses with a looping right. Saraste throws an ugly left hook that misses
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Saraste has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Saraste throws a right and a left that Butcher avoids nicely. Saraste misses with a double jab
and Butcher counters with a straight right hand. Butcher lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Saraste ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Butcher moves away. Butcher misses with an uppercut. Butcher catches Saraste with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! This has been an exciting period of action! Butcher buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Saraste shoots and misses enabling Butcher to counter with a crisp jab.
Saraste is rocked! Butcher gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Saraste is still on wobbly legs! Can Butcher finish him? Saraste being controlled against the cage. Butcher lands a knee to the body.
Butcher has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Saraste - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Butcher, and another! Saraste is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!

17 - 10 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, AG Pennypacker! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pennypacker throws a jab but it's blocked by Horn. Pennypacker lands with a shot to the body. Pennypacker on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Horn slips under a jab from Pennypacker. Horn's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Pennypacker connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Horn scrambles back to his feet. A shot to the liver by Horn. Beautiful body shot. Horn gets a double leg takedown into Pennypacker's guard. Horn throws a big elbow that misses. Horn missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Pennypacker wants to get back to his feet but Horn is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Pennypacker keeping moving, preventing Horn from controlling successfully. Pennypacker keeping full guard, as Horn tries to pass.
That's one minute gone in the round. Horn postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Pennypacker is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Horn is controlling him. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. Horn trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Horn throws a big right hand that misses. Horn not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Horn with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Pennypacker to score with a decent uppercut. Pennypacker cracks Horn with a right hand to the side of the head. Horn takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Pennypacker is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Horn. The fighters circle momentarily. Pennypacker darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pennypacker throws the left hand but Horn avoids the punch easily. Horn connects with a solid leg kick. Horn misses with an attempted mid kick.
Pennypacker is trying to avoid his opponent's strikes and get into the clinch. Pennypacker throws a hook to the side of Horn's head but Horn sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Pennypacker tests Horn's chin there with a solid looking shot. Pennypacker blocks a leg kick. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Pennypacker swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Horn. Pennypacker darts in and clinches Horn up against the cage. Pennypacker tries to circle away but Horn has him pinned against the cage. Horn wants to take the fight to the mat but Pennypacker manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Horn is trying to stall.
Horn swings wildly with an uppercut but Pennypacker uses good head movement to avoid it. Horn tries for a takedown. No joy.

Pennypacker lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Horn backwards. Pennypacker breaks the clinch.
Horn keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Horn connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Pennypacker misses with a takedown and Horn counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Horn displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Pennypacker throws out the jab. Pennypacker uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Horn. A nice combination there by Pennypacker.
Pennypacker bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Pennypacker is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Horn throws a leg kick but Pennypacker checks it. AG Pennypacker seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Horn throws a lazy right hand but Pennypacker sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Horn drops his hands momentarily and Pennypacker takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Horn with a jab. Horn lands with a shot to the body. Horn lands with a thumping leg kick.

and Horn counters with a slapping leg kick. Pennypacker walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Pennypacker jabbing away but nothing is landing. Pennypacker closes the distance and clinches. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Horn dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Horn pressing his opponent against the cage. A short left from Horn. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but AG Pennypacker will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

It looks like Klas Horn has been cut. Pennypacker dips to his left and cracks Horn with an uppercut! Some bone on bone action there as Pennypacker checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one. Pennypacker moves out of range as Horn strikes. Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Pennypacker, as that shot connected.
Pennypacker swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Horn. Horn misses the shot to the body. Horn uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Pennypacker. Pennypacker just misses with a punch to the body.
Pennypacker takes a shot right to the bread basket. Pennypacker is looking to clinch. Horn throws out a loose jab but Pennypacker uses good head movement to avoid it. Horn jabbing away but nothing is landing. Horn bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Pennypacker swinging wildly here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pennypacker misses with a straight left. Horn pivots, looking for a leg kick but Pennypacker is out of range and Horn settles back down. Pennypacker connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Horn momentarily.

Horn takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Horn throws a big shot that misses. AG Pennypacker seems to be getting the better of the standup. Horn throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Horn shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Horn takes a body punch but keeps moving. Pennypacker scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Pennypacker throws the left hand but Horn avoids the punch easily. Pennypacker misses with a straight left. Horn rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Pennypacker moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Pennypacker lands with a good body shot. Horn buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Pennypacker takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Pennypacker throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Pennypacker lands a head shot. Horn walks into a jab.
Horn is rocked! Pennypacker throws a monster overhand right that drops Horn! Pennypacker follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:35 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). AG Pennypacker! AG Pennypacker is the new middleweight champion! AG Pennypacker decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
