The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Goldberg has taken the fight to the clinch.
Goldberg has had enough of the clinch but Mallorga keeps him there for the moment. Mallorga pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Goldberg moves into the clinch successfully.

It looks like Chong Wei has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wei throws a left and a right that both miss
and before Wei has any time to reset, Vegeta cracks him with a big right hand that drops him face first to the canvas! He's hurt! I don't think he's going to get back up from that one! He's trying but he's doing the chicken dance and has face planted into to ropes, causing the referee to bring this fight to an end! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Prince Vegeta! After winning the bout, Prince Vegeta thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.

Jet Tila had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 147.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. Delay slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Delay fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Prodigy, pushing him back against the ropes. Delay with an attempt at a knee that misses.
Prodigy breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Prodigy tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Delay was well out of range. Poor timing from Prodigy. and Delay counters with a nice uppercut. Prodigy fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Delay manages to avoid it. Delay tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. A shot to the liver by Prodigy. Beautiful body shot.

Chol Hyon plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Pokrajac swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Pokrajac face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!

We've been informed that Dekkers has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Dekkers connects with a jab.
