The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Khule slips under a jab. The Beast shoots in but no luck this time. The Beast shoots in but Khule avoids the takedown attempt easily. Khule avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Khule closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The Beast is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. The Beast regains half guard. Khule looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks The Beast with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position. The Beast trying to control from the bottom.
The Beast regains full guard. Nicely done. Khule loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. The Beast looking to hit a scissor sweep but Khule is one step ahead there. The Beast is looking to cinch up a triangle. Khule throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to The Beast's body to avoid the submission. The Beast has instead reached around Khule's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! The Beast arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Belediyev lands a jab to Lianjie's midsection. Belediyev showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Lianjie.
Belediyev throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Ruslan Belediyev seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Lianjie dodges the punch combination from Belediyev.
Lianjie lets it all go there with a big combo counter but none of the punches connected. Lianjie instigates a clinch. Belediyev lands a right hand that snaps the head of Lianjie backwards. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Belediyev breaks the clinch.
Belediyev defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lianjie. Lianjie rushes Belediyev and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Belediyev is looking for a takedown.

Belediyev tries to pass to full mount but Lianjie defends it. Lianjie is trying to maintain the position but Belediyev is very close to passing his half guard. Lianjie tries to get to full guard but Belediyev has control of the leg. Belediyev trying to mount his opponent but Lianjie defends it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lianjie is looking to escape. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet. The fighters are battling for position here. Lianjie manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Lianjie wriggles free and stands up. Lianjie is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Belediyev's half guard. Belediyev kicks off Lianjie and gets to his feet. Lianjie gets a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Belediyev is trying to pull guard but Lianjie turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Lianjie stops a takedown attempt from Belediyev.
Lianjie has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate. Belediyev is looking for a takedown. Belediyev manages to break the clinch.
Belediyev shoots in looking for a takedown. Lianjie tries to sprawl out of it but Belediyev keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Lianjie manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. A nice side step and Lianjie releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Belediyev is breathing heavily. Belediyev has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Lianjie finds it's way round the side to connect with Belediyev's head. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Ruslan Belediyev will probably get the nod. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ruslan Belediyev. That's going to take a lot out of him. Belediyev shoots in but Lianjie avoids the takedown attempt easily. Belediyev looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Lianjie tries to bum rush Belediyev with a series of wild strikes but Belediyev uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Belediyev throws a leg kick and Lianjie counters with a shoot takedown. Belediyev fights it but they end up in guard. Lianjie slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Belediyev is trying to keep Lianjie in close.
Lianjie stands and steps away. Belediyev gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Lianjie stalks Belediyev and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Belediyev's face. Belediyev staggers backwards, shaken. Lianjie misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
As Lianjie looks to move away, Belediyev throws a big counter combo but Lianjie just gets out of the way. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Belediyev fails with the takedown. Lianjie takes the fight into the clinch. Belediyev connects with a knee to the head.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Lianjie wants to get back to striking at distance but Belediyev won't allow it.
We've been informed that Lianjie has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. A short uppercut from Belediyev. Belediyev pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Lianjie manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Belediyev on his heels. He'll look to pass Belediyev's guard now, I'm sure. Belediyev keeping moving, preventing Lianjie from controlling successfully. Belediyev is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Lianjie controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.

Belediyev will have to put a bit more behind his punches if he's going to do any damage from this position.

Lianjie slaps away a takedown attempt from Belediyev, before circling back to the center of the mat. Lianjie bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Belediyev's head backwards. Belediyev closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Lianjie's guard. Lianjie wriggles free and stands up. Belediyev throws a leg kick but Lianjie checks it. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Belediyev shoots in but no luck this time. Lianjie unleashes a big counter combination but Belediyev bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Lianjie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Belediyev looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Lianjie is fending him off so far but Belediyev persists. Nope, Lianjie circles away and we're back to standing. Lianjie throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Lianjie throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Lianjie throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Belediyev forces Lianjie back against the cage and clinches. Belediyev breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Lianjie cracks the inside of Belediyev's front leg.
And that's the end of the fight! Li Lianjie comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Lianjie has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this! Belov closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Belov lands in his opponent's guard. Belov controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Belov stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Santos swivels though and keeps the full guard. Belov drops back, looking for a kneebar! Santos looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Santos looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Santos!
Belov looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Belov can't do much from the bottom here.
That's one minute gone in the round. Santos tries to get to his feet but Belov is in the middle of advancing position himself and ends up with Santos in his guard. Belov is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Santos has his hands clasped together but Belov extends and breaks Santos's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Belov.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Curze fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Zinsou has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Zinsou has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Curze. Curze tries a head kick but it misses.
A momentary lapse in concentration from Curze enables Zinsou to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Curze manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Curze will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Zinsou forces his way into half guard. Zinsou stalling. Zinsou scoring with strikes to the body and head. Zinsou scoring with strikes to the body and head. Curze is looking to improve his position.
Zinsou is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Zinsou's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Curze on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Zinsou looks to score some points with some ground and pound. Curze is looking for a sweep. Zinsou is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Zinsou working the head and body with strikes. Zinsou scores with a big shot! Curze's head bounced off the canvas with a huge thud! More strikes land and the referee has jumped in to save Curze! He was hurt real bad - good stoppage!

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick. Sotiropoulos fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Sotiropoulos throws a head kick that misses. Sotiropoulos slips under a jab from Opstad. Opstad gets a takedown into half guard. Sotiropoulos tries to kick Opstad off but Opstad keeps his base steady and stays in half guard. Opstad thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Opstad performing his best blanket impression for a moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Opstad is thwarting Sotiropoulos's attempts to control the position. Opstad not landing any meaningful shots this time. Sotiropoulos slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Opstad engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Opstad chips away with some ground and pound. Sotiropoulos not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Sotiropoulos is in a tricky position. We've heard reports from his gym mates at Arvins Bootcamp that he's been drilling escapes, so let's see if he can get back to his feet.

Opstad decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Sotiropoulos scores with a head kick.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Sotiropoulos keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Opstad. Sotiropoulos is trying to defend but Opstad finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Sotiropoulos is breathing heavily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Opstad is taking a breather. Sotiropoulos says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Opstad has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Sotiropoulos defend it? Opstad steps over the head and cranks it - Sotiropoulos is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Opstad!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Mutulikina changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cenabre looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. You can see the frustration on Cenabre's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Cenabre tries to bench press Mutulikina off him but Mutulikina keeps the position. Cenabre manages to work his way to half guard, despite Mutulikina's best efforts. Cenabre moves into full guard.
Mutulikina being controlled here momentarily. Mutulikina trying to control the position from guard on top but Cenabre is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mutulikina keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Cenabre's head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cenabre keeping moving, preventing Mutulikina from controlling successfully. Mutulikina is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Mutulikina has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Cenabre to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mutulikina is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Cenabre pulls down on the head and he's put Mutulikina to sleep! This one is all over!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kornik throws a body punch but Kieboom moves out of range. Kieboom scores with a slapping inside leg kick. A big right from Kieboom misses. Kornik walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kieboom. Kieboom looks to throw the jab but Kornik is out of range. Kieboom throws a leg kick which misses Kornik's front leg but catches the back leg as Kornik tries to avoid it. Kornik moves out of range of the body kick. Kornik throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kornik walks forward, straight into a front kick from Kieboom. Nice takedown defense from Kieboom. No joy for Kornik on that attempt. Kieboom pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Kieboom staying out of range there. Kornik misses with a hook. Kieboom really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Kieboom ducks under a wild hook from Kornik. Kieboom has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Keyboard Warriors in the buildup to the fight. Kieboom scores with a jab to the head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! A telegraphed right hand from Kornik misses the target. Kieboom comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Forrest Kieboom seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kornik throws out a counter right but Kieboom avoids it with no problem. Kornik takes one on the button. Kornik on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Kieboom throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kieboom swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Kieboom throws a leg kick that is checked and Kornik counters with a series of strikes. Kieboom will be more careful next time no doubt. Kieboom throws a shot from downtown. Kornik moves away and avoids it. Kornik shoots in for a takedown but Kieboom shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Kieboom jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. A clash of legs there as Kornik blocks the low kick. A low kick from Kieboom misses and Kornik counters with a straight right hand. Kieboom scores with a spinning back kick! Kieboom swings for the body but Kornik moves out of range.
A little jabbing left from Kornik on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Kieboom closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Kieboom slips under a jab. Kieboom throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kieboom thumps Kornik with a low kick. Kieboom is looking to slow Kornik down with leg kicks. Kornik avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Kieboom throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kornik looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it. A head kick by Kieboom misses and Kieboom takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Kornik showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Kieboom.

A left lands for Kornik. Kieboom looks to score with a jab to the body but Kornik is just out of range. It seemed like Kornik was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it. Kornik shoots in but no luck this time. Forrest Kieboom has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Artur Kornik. Kieboom jabbing away but nothing is landing. As Kieboom backs off Kornik throws a huge counter combo but Kieboom manages to avoid it all. Kieboom throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice uppercut there from Kieboom. Kieboom scores with a jab to the jaw. Kornik might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Kieboom feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Korniks jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! Kornik has tried to improve his agility in the runup to this fight. Kornik lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Kornik swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kieboom throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Kieboom wants to slow Kornik down by chopping away at his legs. Kornik moves into range and connects with a jab. Kieboom is looking to score with low kicks. Kieboom throws a chopping leg kick but Kornik manages to avoid taking any serious damage. A countering left hand to the body from Kornik misses. Kieboom throws out a loose jab but Kornik uses good head movement to avoid it. Kornik throws out a counter right but Kieboom avoids it with no problem. Kornik throws a hook to the side of Kieboom's head but Kieboom sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Kieboom throws a body shot but no joy. A little jabbing left from Kornik on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Kieboom throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Kornik shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Kieboom sprawls well. Kieboom wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Kornik gets slowly back to his feet. As Kornik looks to move away, Kieboom throws a big counter combo but Kornik just gets out of the way.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kieboom throws a wild body kick that Kornik sees coming a mile off. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kieboom misses with the body kick letting Kornik counter with a right hand. Kieboom fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Kornik. Kornik throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kornik slips under a jab from Kieboom. Kornik shoots in but Kieboom avoids the takedown attempt easily. It looked like Kieboom wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Kieboom misses with a hook. Nice takedown defense from Kieboom. No joy for Kornik on that attempt. Kieboom misses with a low kick. Kornik now looks to counter with a shot at the body. A decent looking body kick lands there for Kieboom. Kornik looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Forrest Kieboom dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Kieboom moves out of range as Kornik strikes. Kieboom fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Kornik looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Kieboom avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Kieboom fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Kornik has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Kieboom displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Kornik. Kornik closes the distance and clinches up with Kieboom, looking for a takedown. Kornik pushes Kieboom against the cage but Kieboom circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Kieboom throws a low kick but Kornik avoids it. Kieboom is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kornik can do to turn this around? Kieboom misses with an attempted mid kick.

Kieboom connects with a right hand. Kornik shakes it off. Kornik is still on wobbly legs! Can Kieboom finish him? Kieboom is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Kieboom looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kornik seems to have recovered his senses. Kieboom gets caught flat footed, as Kornik shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Kieboom seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Kornik trying to control but Kieboom is working from the bottom. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Kieboom trying to control the position here. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Kieboom lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Kornik wants to get back to his feet but Kieboom is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Kieboom is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control. Kieboom will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Kornik is looking to stand up but Kieboom isn't so interested in that idea.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Kornik checks a low kick from Kieboom. Kieboom is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. Kieboom avoids the body shot from Kornik.

Kieboom wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Kieboom makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Kieboom. Kieboom wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Kieboom's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Kornik is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Kieboom keeps control of Kornik as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Kornik fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
