The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Svantovit rushes Sato and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Our sources have told us that Svantovit has been working on his knees in the buildup to the fight. Sato looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Svantovit lands a knee to the head.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Svantovit crunches a lovely knee into Sato's ribcage. Svantovit unloads a knee to the mid-section. Sato lets out a prehistoric sounding urrrrgh. Svantovit just leaning against Sato, taking a breather. Svantovit lands an elbow that stopped Sato in his tracks for a moment. The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Svantovit takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Nice elbow from Svantovit. Svantovit connects with a knee to the head.
Sato is rocked! Svantovit creates some distance and fires off a vicious elbow that drops Sato! He pounces and finishes the fight with more strikes! Nice KO for Svantovit.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tafari closes the distance and clinches up with Polo, looking for a takedown. Tafari pushes Polo against the cage but Polo circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Tafari fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Polo avoids it really well and circles away. Polo throws a body punch but Tafari moves out of range. Polo blocks a head kick by Tafari.
Polo misses with a wild body shot. Horrible takedown attempt by Tafari or perhaps it was just good defense by Polo, which made it look bad. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Hector Tafari. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Polo clinches up against the cage. Tafari dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the cage. Polo wants a takedown but no success here.

And that's the end of the fight! Hector Tafari showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tafari, winning every round. Will the judges agree? Brooks tries for a takedown but Johns sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Brooks shoots for a takedown but Johns saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. Johns was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind. Brooks manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Johns on his heels. He'll look to pass Johns's guard now, I'm sure. Johns scrambles and gets back to his feet.

Robinson looking for a takedown. Robinson is leaning against Rivera and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Robinson tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Rivera tries to break free but Robinson pushes him back against the cage. We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Robinson has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat. Robinson throws a head punch that misses. Robinson misses with some punches.

Robinson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Rivera closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Robinson looks winded! Rivera is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Rivera lands strikes from half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rivera is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Rivera is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Rivera takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Still in half guard, Rivera seems content to control. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Rivera connects with a nice short shot to Robinson 's temple. Rivera keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Rivera works his way into full mount! Tambling slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range. Grena moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Grena avoids the body shot from Tambling.
Grena rushes Tambling and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Grena has had enough of the clinch but Tambling keeps him there for the moment. Grena struggles to land a body shot inside as Tambling controls his hands.
