The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rafael Felix's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
Felix tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

David is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Felix can't fight it off and eventually David manages to take the fight to the floor. Felix looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

It seemed like Mikhasevich was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Mikhasevich throws a nice looking combination but Joe bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Joe shoots in and drives through. Mikhasevich sprawls well.
Mikhasevich keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Mikhasevich cracks Joe with a right hand to the side of the head.
Joe ducks right into an uppercut from Mikhasevich.
Mikhasevich fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Joe to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Joe looks to clinch but Mikhasevich throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Joe taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!

Booker is looking to regain half guard here but Askren keeps moving and retains side control.

Askren has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Booker is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Askren yanks on the arm and Booker is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Askren.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Fredrik Stenberg.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Stenberg, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
