1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jaime Hudgens! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Ken Shamrock ! The judges for this bout are , Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Shamrock moves to clinch but Hudgens breaks away and Hudgens counters with a left to the body. Shamrock moves in looking to clinch but Hudgens pushes him off. Hudgens throws a jab but it's blocked by Shamrock . Hudgens shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Shamrock manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Shamrock keeping moving, preventing Hudgens from controlling successfully. Hudgens has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Hudgens controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Hudgens works a leg free and moves into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Shamrock blocking the ground and pound attempt from Hudgens.
That's one minute gone in the round. Shamrock avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Hudgens. Hudgens content to control rather than advance. Hudgens frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount. Hudgens punishing his opponent with strikes. Hudgens lands a big elbow. Poor strikes thrown by Hudgens there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Hudgens lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Hudgens fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Hudgens postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Shamrock in real trouble here! The ref calls for Shamrock to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jaime Hudgens! A very excited looking Jaime Hudgens made sure he remembered to thank all the fans both in the arena and on the internet. He said all the coolest people spend all day on MMA websites, which got a big reaction.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wolff dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Zaad. That did some damage! Wolff clinches. Wolff lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Wolff scores with an uppercut up the middle. Zaad stalling in the clinch but Wolff improves position. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Wolff. Wolff lands a left hand.

Wolff lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Wolff lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Zaad backwards. Wolff works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Wolff dips a shoulder and cracks Zaad with a mighty uppercut! Zaad falls back against the cage and Wolff unloads with a barrage of strikes! Zaad is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Wolff screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Yamamoto walks into a straight right hand from Bace. Bace drops a shoulder and throws a monster hook that connects perfectly to the side of Yamamoto's head, knocking him out cold! Bace is extatic as he celebrates with his cornermen.

Esch fires out a quick counter leg kick but Bogard just manages to avoid it. Bogard misses with a head kick.
Esch is looking for a counter combo. Bogard takes a swing at Esch's ribcage but misses. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A swing and a miss from Bogard. Bogard looks for the body kick but Esch saw that one coming. We've been informed that Bogard has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Bogard pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Esch is looking for a counter combo.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Esch has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Esch and we're back underway with a touch of gloves. A little feinted left hand from Esch on the counter but he doesn't commit to it. Esch avoids a lazy jab quite easily. A quick step to the side and Esch tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Bogard is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Bogard throws a body punch but Esch moves out of range. Esch takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Bogard throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Bogard misses with a two punch combination.

enabling Esch to counter with a crisp jab. En Esch has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! This has been an exciting period of action! Bogard throws a jab when Esch was well out of range. Bogard is looking to score with low kicks. Some wild striking there from Bogard.

And that's the end of the fight! Andy Bogard comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bogard has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. Check his gloves, they've got chloroform on them!'.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kennedy wants to clinch up but Walcott keeps it at a distance. Walcott checks a low kick from Kennedy. Kennedy misses with a low kick. Kennedy has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight. Walcott fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Kennedy swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Walcott half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. A low kick from Kennedy misses and Walcott counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Kennedy tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Walcott makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Walcott connects with a body shot. Walcott cracks Kennedy with an open hand slap. That's three minutes gone in the round. Kennedy dives in and scores a takedown into Walcott's guard. Kennedy trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Walcott looking to control.
Walcott pulls Kennedy in close to his closed guard and prevents Kennedy from doing any damage or advancing position. Kennedy trying to control the position from guard on top but Walcott is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Kennedy stays in close to Walcott's body and controls the position. Kennedy's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Walcott controls Kennedy momentarily but Kennedy frees himself.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Walcott being controlled here, momentarily. Kennedy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Walcott swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kennedy sitting in guard, not really doing much.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. Kennedy takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Kennedy shoots in and drives through. Walcott sprawls well. Walcott half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Kennedy shoots for a double leg takedown but Walcott sprawls well. He's pushed Kennedy's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Tommy Walcott has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Steven Kennedy. Kennedy lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Horrible takedown attempt by Kennedy or perhaps it was just good defense by Walcott, which made it look bad. Tommy Walcott is winning the standup battle so far. Walcott avoids a kick to the body.
Walcott with a body punch. A glancing blow. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kennedy drops his hands momentarily and Walcott takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
That's one minute gone in the round. Walcott steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kennedy. A left and a right from Walcott both land. Nice combination. Kennedy takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt. Kennedy tries to bum rush Walcott with a series of wild strikes but Walcott uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Walcott ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Walcott throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Kennedy. Walcott scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Kennedy throws a wild body kick that Walcott sees coming a mile off. Walcott is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kennedy can do to turn this around? Walcott lands with a cross. Walcott cracks Kennedy with a good jab. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Walcott lands with a good body shot. Walcott scores with a nice right hand.

Kennedy wants to clinch letting Walcott counter with a right hand. Kennedy has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Kennedy there as he acknowledges the shot. Walcott changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Kennedy misses with a looping right. Kennedy misses with a kick to the body and Kennedy takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Walcott closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Kennedy is rocked! Steven Kennedy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Walcott connects with a combination that backs up Kennedy into the cage. Walcott lands a flurry of punches that gets past Kennedy's guard. Kennedy is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Walcott bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
