Wallid tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Smith paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Smith fails to land with a series of punches.
Wallid takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Smith cracks a nice hook into Wallid's ribs.
Wallid takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Wallid looks gassed!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Wallid is defended easily by Smith.
Smith throws a nice looking combination but Wallid bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Wallid tries to score a power double leg takedown but Smith sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Wallid somewhat.

It looks like Efrain Wallid has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kirill Fedorov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ice Lander (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Lander's choice of entrance music: Tribute. Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ice Lander comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Lander has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
