The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Major lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Alberto circles away quickly and effectively. Major misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Alberto.
Major lands a glancing blow to the side of Alberto's head. Alberto tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Major was well out of range. Poor timing from Alberto. Alberto doesn't manage to clinch there - Major circles away.
Major lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Major moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot. Major scores a knockdown with a big right hand! Alberto beats the count and gets back to his feet. The referee asks him to walk forwards and it appears he is OK so we'll continue the bout.
Alberto is rocked! This has been an exciting period of action! OH! Alberto has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Major smells blood and charges in for the finish! Major unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Alberto sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Matt Major! Matt Major was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.

The fight stays on the outside here - Josh looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Josh tries to clinch but Silva is having none of it. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. An inside leg kick from Kickboxer misses. Decent striking displayed by Kickboxer there. Supot takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Volkov tries to clinch up but Wade circles away and keeps his distance. Wade misses with a hook
and Volkov counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Wade lands a jab to the head.
Volkov on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those. Wade thuds a left hand into Volkov's body. Volkov takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Wade stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Volkov throws a looping overhand right but Wade ducks down to avoid it. Wade changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Volkov blocks a jab. Wade keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.

You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Chuck Norris Jr. Well Norris Jr has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today.
