1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Daichi Kishimoto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Magyan Murko! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Chad Campbell and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kishimoto gets tackled into the cage by Murko. Murko maintains the clinch. Murko softening up his opponent with strikes, against the cage. I was talking to Kishimoto's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight. A short left from Murko. With the fighters clinched against the cage, Murko creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Kishimoto has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Murko uses from the top position. Murko pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kishimoto is keeping the position for now. Murko is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Murko got a little sloppy there for a moment and Kishimoto has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Murko has managed to get both his arms back between Kishimoto's legs - danger averted. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Murko seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Kishimoto looking for a guillotine here but Murko defends easily.

Kishimoto looking for a guillotine here but Murko defends easily.

I say controlling but really, he's stalling. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Murko works his way back into a safe position though. Murko is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Let's hope that Murko has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Kishimoto pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Murko tumbling to the mat - Kishimoto dives into Murko's guard. Kishimoto is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Murko pulls Kishimoto in close to his closed guard and prevents Kishimoto from doing any damage or advancing position. Kishimoto trying to control but Murko is working from the bottom. Murko seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.

Magyan Murko showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!
Murko feints and then cracks Kishimoto's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Kishimoto down. Murko doesn't manage to clinch there - Kishimoto circles away.

Murko creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Kishimoto's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Kishimoto drops to his knees and Murko pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Boozer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Lao shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Boozer is trying to defend but Lao finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Boozer kicks Lao off and gets back to his feet. Boozer misses with a low kick.
Lao tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Lao shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Lao showed some decent athleticism there. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Lao wants to stand but Boozer has hold of a leg and an arm, so he's trapped for now. Lao slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Lao stands up and we're back to a striking position. Boozer seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym. Boozer throws a sloppy body shot

Boozer thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. Boozer is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Lao knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Lao is looking for a sweep. Boozer is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Lao is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Paddington's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kimchi connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Paddington scrambles back to his feet. Paddington misses with an uppercut. David Paddington seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Paddington scores with a nice head shot. Kimchi looks to land a left hand but Paddington moved out of range nicely. Paddington uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kimchi.
Kimchi connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Paddington's hands. Kimchi has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Paddington finds it's way round the side to connect with Kimchi's head. Paddington looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Kimchi! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Sloppy strikes there by Paddington. Paddington looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Kimchi is avoiding damage well.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kimchi wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Paddington.

Paddington is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Kimchi is forced to tap! Great finish!
