Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Wilson (ranked 4169 p4p, 449 weight class) and Ananada Bunyasarn (ranked 5398 p4p, 557 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Tyler Wilson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ananada Bunyasarn! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Joseph Jones and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Wilson throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Wilson lands a nice looking body kick. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Bunyasarn, right into the meat.
Bunyasarn sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs. Wilson gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Bunyasarn. Wilson doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Bunyasarn blocks a head kick by Wilson.
Bunyasarn ducks under a wild hook from Wilson. Bunyasarn throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Wilson stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Wilson's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Bunyasarn connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Wilson scrambles back to his feet. Bunyasarn misses the jab. It appears Wilson was looking to counter with a kick there. Wilson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bunyasarn finds it's way round the side to connect with Wilson's head. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wilson needs to keep his hands up - Bunyasarn had a free shot at his head there. Wilson looks to land a body kick but Bunyasarn moved away. A countering left hand to the body from Bunyasarn misses. Bunyasarn scores with a jab to the body. Wilson looks for the body kick but Bunyasarn saw that one coming. Wilson throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Wilson explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work. Wilson cracks Bunyasarn with an open hand slap. A decent looking body kick lands there for Wilson.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bunyasarn lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected. Wilson tries to land a front kick but Bunyasarn steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Bunyasarn tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Wilson is looking to clinch. Bunyasarn finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Bunyasarn jabs Wilson right on the nose. Wilson blinks but takes it well. A left and a right from Bunyasarn both land. Nice combination. Wilson tries to clinch there but Bunyasarn circles away.
Bunyasarn misses the jab. Bunyasarn throws a leg kick which misses Wilson's front leg but catches the back leg as Wilson tries to avoid it. Wilson connects with a leg kick. Bunyasarn looked like he was expecting something else and didn't defend it. Wilson fails in his attempt to clinch. Bunyasarn has been working his punching technique in the buildup to the fight and it appears to be paying off. Bunyasarn moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Wilson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Bunyasarn finds it's way round the side to connect with Wilson's head. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bunyasarn looks to land a right hand but Wilson moved out of range. Bunyasarn uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Wilson.

Ananada Bunyasarn seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Wilson throws a body shot but no joy. Bunyasarn scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent. Bunyasarn throws a nice looking combination but Wilson bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Wilson takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Bunyasarn throws a right and a left that both miss. Wilson drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. A head kick misses from Wilson. Bunyasarn moves out of range of the body kick. Wilson looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Good shot there by Bunyasarn. Wilson throws a half hearted mid kick. Bunyasarn will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bunyasarn fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Wilson. A chopping leg kick lands by Wilson. Bunyasarn blocks the body kick.

A swing and a miss from Bunyasarn. Bunyasarn feints and then cracks Wilson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Wilson down. Bunyasarn lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Wilson sizes up Bunyasarn with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Wilson looks to land a right hand but Bunyasarn moved out of range. Bunyasarn swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Wilson. Bunyasarn chopping away at his opponent's legs.

Wilson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Bunyasarn lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw. Bunyasarn wants to land a leg kick but Wilson is out of range. Wilson has managed to clinch.
Bunyasarn blocks an elbow strike. A right handed body shot lands from Wilson.
Wilson lands a damaging elbow. A short uppercut from Bunyasarn. Wilson struggles to land a body shot inside as Bunyasarn controls his hands.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wilson lands with a light punch inside. Bunyasarn replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Wilson blocks it well. Bunyasarn is looking to chop away at Wilson's legs. Bunyasarn is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Wilson looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that. Wilson rushes Bunyasarn and presses him up against the cage. With the two fighters working up against the cage, Wilson just misses with a elbow thrown towards Bunyasarn's brow. That kick from Bunyasarn tenderised Wilson's leg. Wilson is trying to keep his angry face on. Bunyasarn throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Bunyasarn tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target. Wilson slips a jab from Bunyasarn. Wilson is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight. Wilson throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Wilson throws the kick towards the body but Bunyasarn avoids it. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Bunyasarn! But no joy. Bunyasarn connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Wilson momentarily.

And that's the end of the fight! Ananada Bunyasarn comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bunyasarn has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Murphy has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as Balboa is landing a low percentage of strikes. Balboa misses with a hook. Murphy ducked under it nicely. Balboa throws a big shot that misses. Murphy has managed to clinch.
Murphy lands a shoulder strike. A nice left hand lands by Murphy.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Balboa is looking for a triangle here but Murphy uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Balboa wants to get back to his feet. Balboa tries to bench press Murphy off him but Murphy keeps the position. Murphy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Balboa. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Balboa manages to work his way to half guard, despite Murphy's best efforts. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Murphy in particular looking to stall. Murphy is thwarting Balboa's attempts to control the position.

Balboa on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Balboa tries to get out of the position. Murphy controlling from mount. Balboa is desperately trying to improve his position but Murphy has a good base and remains in mount. Balboa is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Balboa tries to reverse the position but Murphy maintains control. Balboa is flailing around like a fish out of water, trying to land strikes. Balboa tries to hold on but Murphy postures up. Balboa is wriggling around trying to escape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Murphy sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Balboa tries to get back to half guard but can't. Murphy controlling his opponent. Balboa is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Murphy prevents Balboa from getting the reversal. Balboa is working hard here to advance position. Murphy tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Murphy wants to take his opponent's back but Balboa doesn't allow it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Balboa wants to control but Murphy is having none of it. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Max crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Suarez - the referee stops the clock and Max gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Suarez. Max manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes. Max scores with a leg kick.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sommer lands a nice shot that snaps Boozer's head back.
A lazy left from Sommer finds it's target. Sommer bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Sommer sizes up Boozer with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. Sommer lands a jab to the head.

Boozer looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. A little jabbing left from Sommer on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
