Hauser tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but McGuire Jr was well out of range. Poor timing from Hauser.
Hauser has been working on his striking defense in training and it's paying off as McGuire Jr is landing a low percentage of strikes.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from McGuire Jr lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Hauser has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Hauser and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Hauser! But no joy.

Wrexham dives in looking to finish as Thrul flails his arms in a desperate attempt to block Wrexham 's strikes! Wrexham is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Thrul's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Thrul was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
