Velvet is wriggling around but Übensplikt manages to pass to half guard.
Übensplikt winds up and cracks Velvet with a swinging punch to the side of the head.

Dibala is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! ONeill lets go of the hold and Dibala can pop his arm back in it's socket.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Klay Dee.
