 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Opuakuwa looks to land a combination. Jackman sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
 It looks like Que Jackman has been cut. Opuakuwa misses with a head kick.
Opuakuwa scores with a one two! Jackman had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Jackman has Opuakuwa pressed against the ropes, preventing Opuakuwa from circling away and getting back to striking at range.  The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dominiguez tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. A slapping body kick lands there for Day. Day fails to land with a series of punches.
Day on the wrong end of a nice jab. Day drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Day misses with a double jab.

and Dominiguez counters with a nice uppercut that drops Day onto his backside! Day bounces straight back to his feet before we have a chance to even start the count. He'll get the standing 8 count anyway before we get back underway.
 Day is rocked! Julian Day seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Day uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Dominiguez.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Big Bobby! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 0 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, Vincent McGuire! The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bobby loads up on a big right hand but McGuire slips the punch. A swing and a miss from McGuire. Bobby swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. McGuire missing with a left hand there. Bobby was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Bobby appears to be looking for a counter punch to the body. McGuire swinging wildly here.
McGuire throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Bobby counters with a straight right hand. McGuire moves out of range as Bobby strikes. Bobby digs a good hook to McGuire's body.
McGuire has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. McGuire lands a nice leg kick that just misses Bobby's sensitive parts. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. McGuire throws a sloppy body shot
and Bobby counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. McGuire throws a jab when Bobby was well out of range. McGuire misses the shot to the body. It looked like Bobby was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from McGuire. McGuire scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
 It looks like Big Bobby has been cut.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Bobby blocks a jab. Bobby throwing a counter right hand but McGuire manages to avoid it. McGuire misses with a right hand and Bobby counters with a nice uppercut. McGuire looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bobby drops his hands momentarily and McGuire takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. McGuire throws a lazy head kick and Bobby counters with a nice uppercut. McGuire throws a body shot but no joy. Bobby swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect. McGuire misses with an uppercut
and Bobby counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps McGuire thinking. McGuire misses with a straight right. McGuire swings widly with a right hand
and Bobby counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. Bobby feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits McGuires jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist! McGuire throws a predictable looking body shot
and Bobby counters with a perfectly timed counter left hook that drops McGuire to the mat, face first! Bobby goes to the neutral corner and waits for the referee to start the count. McGuire is back to hise feet already though and looking to continue the bout! Exciting stuff!
 McGuire is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. McGuire scores with a sloppy right hand. Bobby should have avoided that one. McGuire is still on wobbly legs! Can Bobby finish him?
 That's two minutes gone in the round. A solid leg kick lands there for McGuire.
McGuire seems to have recovered his senses. McGuire chopping away at his opponent's legs.
McGuire connects with a good right hand that stumbles Bobby. Bobby circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Bobby connects with a single shot there. Bobby throws a lazy right hand but McGuire sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Bobby scores with a slapping inside leg kick. It looks like Bobby has been trying to sharpen up his punching technique, as it looks crisper than last time we saw him. McGuire throws a poor cross that misses
letting Bobby counter with a right hand. McGuire throws a lazy uppercut
and Bobby counters with a left to the body. McGuire throws a combination that misses
and Bobby counters with a really nice, stiff jab that drops McGuire onto his ass. He'll have to take the mandatory count from the referee but he's back on his feet and he seems OK to continue. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A low kick from McGuire misses and Bobby counters with a stiff right hand. McGuire throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Bobby counters with a straight right that drops McGuire to the canvas! Will McGuire beat the count? He's still wobbly and as the count reaches 7, he's still struggling to make it. 8...9...10. He's out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Big Bobby! During a confident post fight interview, Big Bobby thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
