Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Tycoon (ranked 17645 p4p, 588 weight class) and Bong Ki Duk (ranked 7931 p4p, 537 weight class). Ki Duk has chosen north korea's national anthem as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ki Duk fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ki Duk wants to clinch but Tycoon slips to the side and Tycoon counters with a one-two to the body. We've been informed that Ki Duk has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result. Ki Duk tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Tycoon paws at him with a jab and circles away. As Ki Duk looks to move away, Tycoon throws a big counter combo but Ki Duk just gets out of the way. Ki Duk goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Ki Duk throws a sloppy head kick and Tycoon counters with a slapping leg kick. A shot to the liver by Tycoon. Beautiful body shot. Tycoon slips a jab and a cross from Ki Duk.
As Ki Duk looks to move away, Tycoon throws a big counter combo but Ki Duk just gets out of the way. Tycoon with a body punch. A glancing blow. Tycoon fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Ki Duk looks winded! A lazy left from Tycoon finds it's target.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bullet takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Davidson looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Bullet stalks Davidson and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Davidson's face. Davidson staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Harvey Davidson has been cut. A combination from Bullet does no damage. Bullet throws out a loose jab but Davidson uses good head movement to avoid it. Davidson swings for the body but Bullet moves out of range.
A nice side step and Bullet releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home. Some wild striking there from Bullet.
Davidson tries a low kick but Bullet avoids it. Bullet now looks to counter with a shot at the body. Davidson lands with a good body shot. Davidson moves out of range of the strikes. It appears Davidson was looking to counter with a kick there. A big left from Davidson misses. Davidson misses with an uppercut. Bullet saw that one coming. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Davidson shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.

Davidson was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Bullet slips a straight right by Davidson. Bullet lands a jab to Davidson's midsection. Bullet lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent. Bullet lands with a good body shot. Bullet swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A looping hook to the body misses from Bullet. Davidson does a little dance to reset his feet. Davidson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bullet. Davidson misses with a straight right. Bullet let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

Bullet dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Bullet misses with a looping right. Davidson lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range. Bullet misses with a wild body shot. Bullet misses the jab. Davidson swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Bullet. Bullet lands a slapping body shot.
Bullet looks to land a left hand but Davidson moved out of range nicely. Jack Bullet seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Spar wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Spar moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Spar throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Draven stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Spar uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Draven. Spar throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
A swing and a miss from Draven. A swing and a miss from Spar. Spar throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Spar moves out of range of the strikes. Spar is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Spar connects with a right hand. Draven shakes it off. Spar takes one on the button. Draven manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Spar throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Draven sees it coming and avoids it easily. Draven scores with a sloppy right hand. Spar should have avoided that one. Draven checks a leg kick. Draven might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. Draven misses with a hook. Draven misses with a jab, cross combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Spar throws a jab when Draven was well out of range. Draven throws a lazy right hand but Spar sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Spar on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere. Draven lands a big uppercut and Spar crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Spar looks OK. Draven waves Spar back to his feet!
Spar is rocked! Draven connects with a picture perfect right hand that knocks Spar out cold! This one is over in a flash!

That was a close round but I would say that Malcolm Kincaid will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Billy Bush's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Kincaid lands a glancing blow to the side of Bush's head. Kincaid is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. It looks like Shelby Foote has been cut. Volkov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Foote tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Volkov darts in and clinches Foote up against the cage. Foote misses with some punches.
Foote tries to work over Volkov's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Volkov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Foote throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Volkov looked to counter that last move with a leg kick but didn't pull the trigger. No luck for Volkov with that takedown attempt. The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sakuraba throws a body punch but Barnkvist moves out of range. Sakuraba fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Barnkvist manages to avoid it. Peter Barnkvist seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Barnkvist tries to close the distance and clinch up but Sakuraba swats him away and circles back towards the center.
