We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Nonbeomogov has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.

Nonbeomogov throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Regueiro tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Nonbeomogov is in Regueiro's guard.

Regueiro is looking for a triangle but Nonbeomogov pushes his legs off easily.

Nonbeomogov really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Regueiro. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
