Rivers stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.

That was a close round but I would say that Nikolai Kuznetsov will probably get the nod.

and Pony makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Napoleon really felt that one!

Pony digs a right hand underneath Napoleon's ribcage. Napoleon let out a lung full of air as it connected.

That has opened up Buster Napoleon's cut even more.

Pony drops Napoleon with a big knee straight up the middle! Napoleon is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!

Pony has Napoleon pressed up against the cage in a tight Thai clinch. Napoleon is arching his back, trying to avoid the knees but a big one sneaks through from Pony - that's hurt Napoleon badly! Oh, another knee lands and Napoleon is covering up! The referee steps in to save him - possibly a bit early but Napoleon doesn't seem to be complaining.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Pony Pony!
Pony Pony seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
