Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Tae Shik Cha (ranked 2948 p4p, 171 weight class) and Mamoru Takamura (ranked 2695 p4p, 159 weight class). Cha comes to the cage accompanied by Disturbed - Decadence. Takamura has chosen Pay Money To My Pain - Weight Of My Pride as his entrance music. Tae Shik Cha had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 137.5lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Mamoru Takamura acknowledges the crowd's support as he enters the cage.

Cha fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Takamura.

Cha cracks Takamura with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Takamura looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Cha finish him?

It looks like Mamoru Takamura has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

On his way into the cage it seems that Gun Seok Bak has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Gun Seok Bak seems to be OK! The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bak ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Nahtic stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bak.
Bak throws the kick towards the body but Nahtic avoids it.
Nahtic moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Nahtic tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
We've been informed that Nahtic has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Bak's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Nahtic connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Bak scrambles back to his feet.
Nahtic takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Bak paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Bak has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nahtic throws a sloppy head kick and Bak moves out of range easily.
Bak throws out a loose jab but Nahtic uses good head movement to avoid it.
Bak looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Bak throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
