The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Huga swings for the body but Fried moves out of range.
Huga displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Fried throws out the jab.

Fried closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Huga quickly recovers to half guard.

Let's hope that Fried has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
Huga knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Fried on the ground.

Fox fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Snicket manages to avoid it.
Snicket wants to counter the offense by Fox and move into the clinch position.
Fox rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Snicket counters with a series of strikes. Fox will be more careful next time no doubt.

enabling Snicket to counter with a crisp jab.
Snicket takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Fox misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Fox.
Snicket felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Kiss has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Torres to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Kiss is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Torres pulls down on the head and he's put Kiss to sleep! This one is all over!
