Yves Trudeau told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Virtanen gets cracked with a nice right hand there by McKraken.
Virtanen tries to clinch but McKraken is having none of it.
Virtanen throws a leg kick that is checked

and McKraken counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
McKraken is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Virtanen!

McKraken goes for an armbar but he's fallen flat on his backside there and now Virtanen is on top in guard.
McKraken is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

This has been an exciting period of action!
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. McKraken connects with a nice short shot to Virtanen's temple.
Virtanen is breathing heavily.
McKraken is keen to just control but Virtanen is a slippery customer.

McKraken is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Virtanen is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!

Pritcharf shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.

Jaca working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Pritcharf doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Pritcharf manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

It looks like Bretton Pritcharf has been cut.
Pritcharf finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Jaca's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Pritcharf falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!

Jay Bizihwaeile decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
