Wood walks straight into a right hand from Wellwood - that's dropped him! Wellwood jumps into mount and starts pounding away - can he finish?! More strikes go undefended and the referee has to dive in to save Wood from any more punishment! Wood complains about the stoppage but falls over as he tries to stand back up, so it was clearly a good stoppage.

Balderas tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Hands was well out of range. Poor timing from Balderas.
Hands lands a head kick!
Balderas has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Balderas there as he acknowledges the shot.
Andrew Balderas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Hands ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Hands lands a nice hook to Balderas's body. Balderas takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Balderas looks to land a combination but Hands avoids it well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Hands is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Hands looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Balderas swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Balderas takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

Hands lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
A jab from Hands does it's job there.
Hands keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Balderas.
Balderas wants to stay close but Hands steps back to make room for something. Balderas seems frozen to the spot and bam! huge swing of the leg from Hands and Balderas drops like he has been shot! A huge head kick and it's all over!

Dee rushes Brown and presses him up against the cage.
Brown working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
Brown swings away with an uppercut that misses.
Brown definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Dee jumps guard and drags Brown to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Brown pushes down on Dee's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Brown looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Dee is looking for a sweep. Brown is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Brown lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
A head kick misses from Dee.
Dee fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Brown drops Dee with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Dee looks back up at him and smiles so Brown waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Brown fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Dee out cold! Brutal finish!

A relieved looking Bill Brown thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.

Boitsov throws a looping overhand right but Taneyev ducks down to avoid it.

Taneyev moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Boitsov lands a nice hook to Taneyev's body. Taneyev takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
No luck for Boitsov with that takedown attempt.

We've been hearing good reports from Boitsov's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Boom has a takedown stuffed.
Gracie is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Boom rather than just go for the knockout.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Boom is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Gracie is aware though and is defending well.
