We've been hearing good reports from Doncaster's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today.

Undercard bout

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Manners (ranked 3686 p4p, 464 weight class) and Jami Jarr (ranked 2318 p4p, 303 weight class). Jarr has chosen Wahhabi I as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Manners throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Jarr.

Manners takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Oh Manners is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jarr lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Manners up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Jarr from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Manners's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

During a confident post fight interview, Jami Jarr thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
