With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jan Klauss! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.

It looks like Lance Tiggs has been cut. Klauss throws a hook to the side of Tiggs's head but Tiggs sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Klauss throws a right and a left that Tiggs avoids nicely. Tiggs throws a nice inside leg kick. Sloppy strikes from Klauss. Those never looked like landing. Tiggs avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Klauss fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Tiggs on the side of the head. Tiggs thows a left - swing and a miss! Klauss misses with the combination.
Tiggs lands with a right hand. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Tiggs dodges the punch combination from Klauss.

Korsemann circles away out of range and recomposes himself. A head kick misses from Yada. Yada throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Korsemann's waist but Korsemann gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Yada off to one side. Korsemann pivots, looking for a leg kick but Yada is out of range and Korsemann settles back down. Korsemann misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Yada let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land. Yada shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Korsemann but Korsemann pushes him off and we're back to square one. Willem Korsemann has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Toson Yada.

Korsemann lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt. Korsemann really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Yada takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Yada has developed a nice purple lump on his ribcage, as a result of some heavy body kicks from Korsemann. Korsemann looks to land a combination but Yada avoids it well. Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Korsemann. Yada shrugs it off though. Yada takes a head kick and keeps coming.

Mitchell shoots in and bounces Targaryen off the cage to secure the takedown into guard. Mitchell slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Targaryen for as long as he can get away with. Mitchell trying to mount his opponent but Targaryen defends it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Mitchell passes the guard and advances to mount! The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Mitchell takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
