With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Georg Weber! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Taka Cruise! The judges for this bout are Ben Zyskovitsi, Matti Vanhoillinen and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cruise shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Weber eats them both and turns towards Cruise to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. A combination from Cruise does no damage. Weber doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Cruise ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Cruise displaying good standup as he scores with a three punch combination. Weber is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cruise. Weber is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Cruise chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Oh Weber is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Cruise lands with a right that hurts Weber. Weber looks to clinch but Cruise throws a short knee that drops Weber. This one is all over!

Gomez doesn't seem phased though. Gomez gets a takedown into half guard. Gomez is keen to just control but Vjotrojn is a slippery customer. Vjotrojn has found himself in a tricky position here. Vjotrojn throws a series of punches but Gomez avoids them all with ease. Swalli Vjotrojn is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Gomez slaps away a takedown attempt from Vjotrojn, before circling back to the center of the mat. Gomez half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Koda tries to score a power double leg takedown but Fizzelstiks sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Koda somewhat. Koda uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Fizzelstiks. Koda wants to clinch. It looked like Fizzelstiks was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Koda. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Koda is defended easily by Fizzelstiks. Jermaine Fizzelstiks has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Setusake Koda. No luck with that takedown attempt from Koda. It looked like Fizzelstiks wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit. Koda shoots in for a double leg but Fizzelstiks sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. An attempted straight right counter from Fizzelstiks misses the target. Fizzelstiks definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Horrible takedown attempt by Koda or perhaps it was just good defense by Fizzelstiks, which made it look bad. Koda is trying hard to land a takedown here. Fizzelstiks sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Koda tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Fizzelstiks manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Koda shoots for a double leg takedown but Fizzelstiks sprawls well. He's pushed Koda's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Koda throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Koda takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Fizzelstiks stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Fizzelstiks stuffs the takedown attempt from Koda. Koda gets slowly back to his feet. An attempted straight right counter from Fizzelstiks misses the target. Jermaine Fizzelstiks is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Koda tries to clinch but Fizzelstiks moves out of range. Fizzelstiks swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Koda tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Fizzelstiks throwing a counter right hand but Koda manages to avoid it. Koda on the wrong end of a nice hook. Koda shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Fizzelstiks stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Fizzelstiks wants it to stay on the feet. Koda on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Koda shoots in looking for a takedown but Fizzelstiks manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Koda's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Fizzelstiks throwing a counter right hand but Koda manages to avoid it. Koda looks to clinch enabling Fizzelstiks to counter with a crisp jab. It looks like Setusake Koda has been cut. Koda is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Fizzelstiks was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger. Koda tries to clinch up and Fizzelstiks counters with a nice uppercut. Fizzelstiks is really head hunting here, hardly looking to strike to the body at all.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Koda bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Koda shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Fizzelstiks counters with a lovely straight right hand! Fizzelstiks avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Fizzelstiks stuffs the takedown attempt from Koda. Koda gets slowly back to his feet. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Fizzelstiks changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Koda pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Fizzelstiks leaves Koda with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Fizzelstiks is looking to counter with a shot to the body. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Koda swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Fizzelstiks counters with a lovely shot to the body. Koda misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Zynne throws a body kick that sends a sickening thudding noise reverberating around the arena. Zynne throws a body kick that misses and Eriksen connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Zynne gets off balance looking for a body kick and Eriksen counters with a lovely straight right hand! Zynne staying out of range there. Eriksen uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Zynne. Zynne lands a nice hook to Eriksen's body. Eriksen takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes. Zynne lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Eriksen needs to keep his hands up - Zynne had a free shot at his head there. Zynne jabs at Eriksen's body. Zynne scores with a leg kick.

Zynne lands a big head kick that sends Eriksen tumbling to the mat! Zynne takes a step backwards and waves Eriksen back to his feet - he wants the finish! It looks like Cristian Eriksen has been cut. Zynne waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Eriksen. Eriksen keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Zynne. Eriksen ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Eriksen swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
That's one minute gone in the round. A decent looking cross lands there for Zynne. Eriksen is rocked! Zynne fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked Eriksen out cold! Brutal finish!

After the fight, Howard Zynne was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. Mulder manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Turunen throws a strike but Mulder rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Turunen is working the butterfly guard.
