Smoker blocks a head kick by Steele.
Steven Steele seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Smoker dives in for a single leg takedown but Steele sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Smoker fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

This one could be over very soon! Smoker goes limp - he's gone! Steele jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!

Rockhold could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Zimbawa checks a leg kick.
Zimbawa shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Rockhold as he avoids it easily.
Rockhold throws a low kick, looking for Zimbawa's leg but Zimbawa calmly moves out of range.

Rockhold fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Zimbawa, pushing him back against the cage.

Rockhold pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Rockhold drops Zimbawa with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Zimbawa looks back up at him and smiles so Rockhold waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Kong seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Robinson for as long as he can get away with.
