The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Borgatov shoots in looking for a takedown but Ganz manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Borgatov's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Borgatov shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Ganz defends it nicely.
Horrible takedown attempt by Ganz or perhaps it was just good defense by Borgatov, which made it look bad.
Borgatov tries to counter with a takedown but Ganz is quick to defend against it.

Ganz shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Borgatov's guard.
Ganz passes Borgatov's left leg - he's now in half guard.

Ganz seems to be working for a kimura but Borgatov defends the submission attempt.

Conchobhar lands a big right hand and follows it up with an uppercut. Oh and another big punch and a knee - Slade can't take much more of this! Another big shot to the jaw from Conchobhar and Slade drops to the floor. Beaten and bloodied - he had enough there. A vicious beatdown by Conchobhar.

A relieved looking Herleifr Conchobhar thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
