The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tyme works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Tyme has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Caballero finds it's way round the side to connect with Tyme's head.
It looks like Magnus Tyme has been cut.

Caballero closes the distance and pushes Tyme back into the cage.
Tyme misses with the head strike.

Tyme is fighting off a takedown attempt but Caballero is just too persistent for him and manages to trip Tyme to the mat. Tyme regains guard as soon as the fighters hit the mat.
Tyme really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Caballero. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Caballero throws a strike but Tyme rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Tyme is looking to stand up but Caballero won't let him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Caballero has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.
Tyme wants to stand but Caballero is controlling his posture from full guard.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Caballero holds on and takes a little breather.
Tyme wants to stand but Caballero is controlling his posture from full guard.

Main event

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mitsugu Takeishi (ranked 1489 p4p, 1921 weight class) and Connor Mac Burns (ranked 67 p4p, 45 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Takeishi might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Kabuki Gomen-Jyo. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burns loads up on a big right hand but Takeishi slips the punch.
A punch lands to the side of Takeishi 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Takeishi ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.
Burns is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Burns cracks Takeishi with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.

Burns tries to work over Takeishi's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Takeishi creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Takeishi gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Burns gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
